Best metro in Albuquerque Mike's absolutely the best if you have a technical issue he knows his business he in fact is the best employee I've ever met add all the Metro locations I've been to in Albuquerque and California absolute best ever

This was the 3rd metro that I tried going to I needed a new sim card to activate my phone an both metro pcs on juantabo Lomas an juantabo an menaul turned me away an said they couldn't help me unless an that it was customer services problem they wanted me to buy a new phone instead of replacing my sim card. but fernsisco got my phone working in less then 10 minutes at this location I recommend this location

I had tried calling customer service and had tried another metro location, was literally told "sorry, I tried everything," but Brenda (I think was her name) managed to fix my issue. Literally my hero!

This store is better than most of them in town. They are nice and friendly and eager to help you. Other stores not so much in this city. They are not afraid like the one on San Mateo who treat you bad, and never had change. The nice lady that assisted me was professional and kind
