Always a great experience shopping here! The staff is patient and knowledgeable. This makes it so much easier and faster to find the great-fitting shoes that I really need to stay active and healthy. And such a big range of shoes to pick from!

4 months ago, feet were hurting. Was putting 100-150 miles from walking and light jogging per month. I took the time to do the feet mapping and told them, bring me the best shoes for my feet. They came back with 3 styles and prices points and I got to choose the best for my situation. Fast forward 4 months - I went back and in and ordered the same pair as the old ones started to get worn out. They were out, in the store, so I ordered through the website. Ordered on Saturday afternoon, got them shipped and delivered on the following Tuesday morning - and that was over a Monday Labor Day. Will not be ordering my shoes through the major online retailer. Fleet Feet Tulsa KingsPointe Village gets my business from here on out. Love this place! In my pic, old on the right, new on the left.

Fleet feet is a wonderful place to buy shoes. The staff will fit you with the proper shoes. I like the policy that you can return the shoes if they don't fit. You also get $15.00 dollar credits once you spend $150 Great service.

I got royal treatment at Fleet Feet Kingspoint Tulsa. My feet are hard to fit and I have balance issues. Finding shoes that fit is usually a grueling ordeal for me. Not this time. A 3D image was taken of my feet and another image of pressure points when I walk. It took a while for me to decide on the right shoe and custom insoles, however, Rebekah, the young lady helping me, was very knowledgeable, professional and patient and made the experience fun. I highly recommend this Fleet Feet location for great customer service.

I have a big problem with arthritis in my left foot & ankle. My foot specialist told me to get HOKA shoes to avoid surgery. Fleet Feet did a scan of my feet and then fitted me with the shoes that have succeeded in relieving all my problems. Thank you to Fleet Feet, their staff and Hoka Shoes.

I took my mother (90 years old) into the. KingsPoint store this afternoon. Jamie helped us with a new pair of shoes. She did an excellent job. Talked to my mother about what she wanted, any chronic problems she has with her legs, feet and walking. She measured with Fit ID and showed her what her feet and size should be. She helped my mother getting the correct shoes, lacing in a way that helped with pressure on her feet, and assisted her to walk in the store with them on. My mother was so impressed. The staff at the Kings Pointe Feet Fleet were very pleasant and super helpful. My teenage son has had damage to his feet due to plantar fasciitis and stress fractures, resulting in two very different feet now. His doctor recommended this business. The associate scanned his feet, thoroughly explained the results, and gave us viable options on how to help. I decided ordering the custom orthotics would be best since his feet are so dissimilar, and now we are anxiously awaiting their arrival. Great service!

I got a shoe fitting & order 3d insoles. The customer service was excellent. I had someone with me the whole time & he explained everything to me & answered all my husband's questions (he asked more than me).
