Great place. Great prices!! I don't go in often. But can pretty much find the things I need. Good customer service.

This is the best harbor freight franchise I've ever been in very helpful very knowledgeable not overly crowded complete. Of anything you need prices are typically great harbor freight prices easy access to the highway. Absolutely my favorite I've been to several in many states this is my favorite I will be back! 👍

Happy to give the local Harbor Freight a great review, even though when I went in to purchase the battery charger I needed, the manager Todd told all the customers as they walked through the door that the internet was down and they could not take card payments, cash only. This was a bit of an inconvenience because I never usually carry cash. Had I known I would have probably come back another day for said item. But the fact that he said it as we walked in the door, was calm about it, even while receiving flak from another customer shows me that this is a store I’d like to continue to support and shop at. Sure I had to ask him to hold my item at the register when I walked to the bank right across the parking lot but he was happy to do it and was very positive and kind despite the stressful situation. Hats off to you Todd, your great customer service has won my loyalty.

I get so many tools here. Best prices for basic tools. These aren't usually for hard use, but for light projects and the odd hobbyist it's absolutely perfect.
The staff is great and very helpful. There is plenty of parking and it's right next to a great grocery market so you can combine errands and buy even more things you may or may not need. There's even a bank and an amazing gym near this location.

Took an elderly lady to buy basic tools and extinguisher. Then took back tools to box store where she got 1st set. Saved her 50%.

Great for inexpensive tools especially if you only need them once or from time to time. Being a person that does projects here and there allows me to have specialty tools at an affordable price. Staff is friendly and eager to help.

Stocked nice an full. Had to wait to be checked out but that's kinda typical these days with no one wanting to work...nice store tho.

30% off coupon in hand I got the other drills I needed for my tool sets ... Love the Huskey brand 20v drill drivers great endurance preformers for this guy ... The lights are on the spot you need it most .. the batteries tell you their state of charge any time any ware, they charge quickly run cool and are easy to hold in use .. love the hard cases, & keyless chuck's ... Very nice tools for the price ... Glad I waited to get them ... Thanks 😊

Have every tool a dyi mechanic or a pro technician will need. If I can ever afford the zr-pro scan tool I will do a full in depth you tube review.

I unfortunately live 60 miles away so I have to plan my trips to Harbor Freight in Santa Maria. Maybe that's better because if I lived closer, I'd visit more and spend more money.

About 3 months ago, I bought, among other things, a rotary saw blade kit for my Dremel tool. The package had been opened and was taped shut. Everything looked fine until I tried to use it two days ago and found that the shank was bent and unusable..... Well, 3 months later and no receipt I took it back and asked the cashier if I could exchange it for another since the item was damaged when I bought it. No receipt, no exchange..... store policy. I went looking for the store manager and told her the same story. (If mom says no, go ask dad, right?) She said it was against store policy but would make an exception since the slime buckets who bent the shank returned it for a new one knowing they had ruined it. Course, she saw that I had an arm load of other stuff to purchase too.

For DIY projects, can't beat the prices, and sale ads. I save a lot of money at Harbor Freight but the down side is that what I spend there also supports China's economy... I try and buy USA when I can but nobody watches out for my money except for me.

This store and staff are great.

They lower quality tools at competitive prices, not bad for most hand tools. I would recommend avoiding the screwdrivers and cordless electrical tools, but sockets, rachets, wrenches, torque wrenches, are all great.
