Starbucks

I was in Spokane for a conference this week and this was the closest Starbucks. Steven and the crew were amazing - my drink order was memorized within a day and they always created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I am completely serious when I say that this is the best Starbucks experience that I’ve had for years. Highly recommend!

Such a great Starbucks. The people were very nice and gave us a lot of extra ideas to do while visiting. They made great suggestions and our drinks were made to perfection! It’s a must stop if you are shopping downtown!

Well staffed for quick, friendly service. Clean and fair amount of seating. Just across from the mall, block from Riverfront Park for a nice walk while sipping on your coffee!

Coffee and Breakfast very frequently great place always going back

Oh my gosh I came in to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich while waiting for my iPhone to be fixed. It’s my moms birthday who is in heaven, so I wanted to do something nice. I bought a homeless man in need a sandwich and was happy to buy myself another. The worker wish I knew his name longer brown hair, tall beard soooo nice gave one to me. I didn’t want it he insisted. Thanks for making my whole day. These people are the kindest ever!

Like just about every Starbucks I've done business with, this one is excellent. Everything is on time and in order... And the internet is always fast.

The best experience I have ever had at any coffee place, the workers were kind and very helpful. Employees work great under pressure and are very efficient!

I ordered on the Starbucks app before I arrived and my order was done quick and was nice and warm.
Unfortunately, they did not have a sandwich I ordered, so instead he was very sweet and let us get some other things for the amount of money I already paid for the sandwich. Also when I we went to our table to sit and eat, we looked in our bag and he added another sweet treat for us!!!

The employees are Always so upbeat and friendly! Very quick service as well, I can’t say I’ve ever had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for my order on a busy week day morning. Love this place!

I love the atmosphere and the coffee is good, I dropped my coffee and barley any of it spilled! I also later found out the straw broke inside and there was small peices of plastic in it, I don't know if I consumed any plastic but I have gotten stomach pains, so wanted to leave a nice rating before in case I die from internal bleeding. (Also the cake pops were delicious)

Great staff working here, friendly and they actually enjoy working and talking to customers, making everyone feel welcomed. They show a lot of kindness and respect to the homeless people there. Went there Saturday morning, almost every table taken by the homeless (low 40°'s outside). Went again today, less homeless, but we couldn't finish eating today because the smell was overwhelming (below 30°). I will say the homeless in Spokane are much nicer than in other cities. They are not aggressive, swearing and pan handling like in Seattle.

I stopped here all three mornings of my stay in Spokane, as we were staying at hotel a few blocks away. Every morning the staff was so chipper and friendly, and got my order right, even though it wasn't the same baristas working every morning. One morning the girl ahead of me ordered exactly the same thing I did, and so the barista that took my order brought me my drink to my table to make sure I got it, after he noticed that I looked up when her drink was called out.

Never been, but thank you for taking care of your employees. Too many food service employees seem to think that putting on a brave face and dealing with annoying or even creepy and potentially dangerous customers is part of the job description- it is not. Thank you for promoting a safe work environment.

I'm a street musician and frequently play at the mall across the street from this Starbucks, so I'm pretty familiar with it. I usually just order a tall coffee, nothing fancy. I go inside and order about three-four times per month, but sometimes people bring me a tasty beverage as a tip. It's a great location, the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating, and I've never been handed a bad cup of coffee from them. It always seems to be less busy than it looks.

You don't mind paying $5 when the service is this good. There was a "pretend Starbucks" in my hotel...I walked about 4 blocks to get to this one...the reason..they understand service! My food gets warmed, I can use my app and they don't have items I can't trust.

I love the staff here! I went in this morning to ask if I could get my beans ground (during Covid), unfortunately I couldn’t but the manager immediately started grinding me a new different bag and apologized repeatedly. Totally unexpected! I’m extremely grateful for the amazing customer service!

I usually don't go to Starbucks, but I got a gift card for Christmas. After ordering, I realized that I had forgotten said gift card at home. The gentleman helping me was very cool about it and gave me my order for free. Outstanding service and friendly staff.

RIDICULOUSLY FAST SERVICE. In and out in less than 4 mins 4 people’s orders. IMPRESSIVE !!
