More far from me but I refuse to go to the one in Sunnyvale every worker in there is rude and doesn’t bother to help or greet anyone walking in

Love this location and it’s always fully stocked and clean and everyone is friendly even tho it can be short staff during some days of the week they make sure someone will help you in a min

I have visited the store today for the first time. Elizabeth Rivera welcomed me , helped and consulted me for the right products I was looking for. She was very kind ,extremely patient and willing to help. I have never gotten such a good service anywhere.

Sol at the Brow Bar is an absolute gem! Finding someone who does men’s eyebrows well has been difficult, but after meeting Sol my first time I knew she would be my new go to beautician! The brow bar is in the middle of the store, but Sol makes it feel like there is nobody there but you.

Lots of stuff to make you look great. Helpful staff always ready to help.

This is my to-go ulta store. They regularly have their stocks filled up unlike many other stores I have been to. I really like this location of Ulta. I went in for a return and the staff really made it quite simple. I believe they also have a beauty salon inside the store. Their collection of Juvia's Place is very good.

I LOVE Diana!! She always does an amazing job on my hair, no matter my request or ideas. She's very honest and never disappoints!! I will continue to drive from South County, just to see her! I highly recommend this place and her!! 🥰

Kudos to employee Kate for exemplifying great customer service. Such a nice and sweet staff to have. I was in and out quick. I love it! Found all the items on my list with her help! I would have spent much longer looking for stuff in the store but tremendous thanks to her. I was able to spend my short lunch break very well.

I felt welcomed walking into this store which I really appreciated. I always find cool stuff in their huge clearance sections, some stuff isn't marked down all the way so when i go to check out, I am sometimes pleasantly surprised by how low price some clearance items are! Extremely wide selection of beauty products and brand names, from drug store to high end.

I came here to shop for my wife and was a bit overwhelmed. This place is huge. Luckily, I was helped by Veronica. She was very patient,friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy with my purchase and will return in the future.

Bre is seriously the BEST! She has been waxing my eyebrows for years now and I won't see anyone else but her. She always makes them look so good! She is also so gentle that I never have that gross redness you get after getting waxed. She always takes her time with you to make sure your brows come out exactly how you like! 10/10 Highly Recommend!!

Fast cashiers: despite a long line, my wait was less than 5 minutes.
Bright, well lit, and a spacious store. Seems they carry many different brands.

I had a great experience working with Madison. She spent a lot of time listening to my requests, finding products to try and demonstrating the products on me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'll be returning to see Madison the next time I want makeup and skincare suggestions!

I buy everything I need at Ulta. It used to be Sephora, but I find it much easier to shop at Ulta. I like to accumulate points in one place and they make it very easy for me. The fact that I can get both premium and regular cosmetics and hair care made the difference. Very service oriented as well.

I'm giving 5 stars because of Eddie. I called 10/28 in regards to getting my hair colored with natural ingredients--no ammonia or peroxide. Eddie went out of his way to look at the ingredients of different brands of hair color the stylists uses and found exactly what I needed. I then booked with him the appointment; and he said he will write on the notes that I wanted chromatic. Truly great customer service!!!!

As always, excellent customer service. I swear everytime we come by they have sales that make it worth coming in even for drug store brands.

My wife is Trans and they are never less respectful to her than any other customer. That means a lot to me. Thanks Ulta crew.

Excellent customer service makes for an inviting and pleasant shopping and return experience. As a man shopping for a secret santa gift the experience was great feeling with every question answered and product found. I would definitely return and recommend this store.
