The UPS Store

The customer service was friendly fast and amazing! Not only that they're one of the only ones that stay open till 8:00 p.m! I needed some mail from important documents and the manager that assist me was very helpful and getting everything packaged and verifying that everything was done correctly. I got there right before closing but I did not feel like they were trying to rush me out the short tempered with me because it was time to go home! They also help me select services that were good for me at minimum cost. Will definitely be using them again...

I came in today to ship out an item. Johnny was extremely helpful and did an outstanding job helping me make sure the item was safely packaged. It's rare that I feel like I need to leave a positive review because it seems a lot people don't take pride in their jobs anymore, but when someone goes above and beyond like Johnny did, it deserves to be mentioned.

The staff here is ALWAYS fast & friendly, even during holiday season. I will always come here just for the service, it's appreciated. Not to mention I love they are open here until 8pm.

I love this place. They are always so helpful. Stopped in today for some prints and Steve helped me. He was very nice, patient and efficient. I would recommend this pickeringron location for all your mailing and print needs. Go in an ask for Steve.

They are AMAZING I was going to make a min late they actually kept the store open so I can do my item sent in I really appreciate this store so much the Pickerington store has amazing workers

Literally, the best customer service you could ever find! I will never go to the post office, because Ryan and the crew at UPS make everything, so darn easy! They are open early on the weekend so you can get things done before your day starts, and they are always incredibly helpful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.!

Thank you to Ryan and his team for great customer service! I had to print a series of documents for an interview and was flustered after driving to three FedEx that were all closed. He took care of everything for me and his staff was friendly!

We had an Amazon return and we didn't know how to return it. Ryan the store owner walked us through the whole thing and printed the return slip out for us and took care of the rest. Such and easy process making our visit very quick and easy.

I’ve always enjoyed doing business at this location. I recently had an issue with a package that UPS corporate offices refused to help me with. However, the owner at this particular store was very helpful and rectified the situation. Great customer service, with friendly and efficient employees! Highly recommend!

My 1st time ever stepping for inside a UPS Store. Was a very pleasant experience. The gentlemen behind the counter that helped me, was very polite and respectful, said hello to me the instant my daughter and I walked in the door, he immediately offered his help and not only was he quite knowledgeable, and knew the proper procedures, he was fast and efficient. I don't even think I was in the Store for 5 mins. 10 outta 10 fully recommend this location!

This location has superb customer service!!! Very knowledgeable! I had an item I was returning from Amazon that I didn’t realize had to be packaged a certain way and they gave me all the options I needed to return it. Very polite! With so much horrible customer service around I’m very pleased to see some company’s still care about customers and are willing to help without being rude!☺

The Pickerington store has the friendliest and speediest service. Never have to wait long and out the door. Having a local place to securely deposit your important documents for shredding is a godsend.
