Dunkin'

I've been coming here just about every single morning and they never fail to impress me. Whether it's the amazing customer service from every employee I've encountered, or the perfectly made hot coffee and fresh food they provide. I refuse to go to any other dunkin! I cannot thank this staff enough for everything they do early every morning and late every night, everyone in here deserves a raise. Yall have exceeded my customer service expectations!

I mostly use the drive through, but every time the service is fast, and my order is correct. Hot food is hot, and all the drinks are exactly as they should be.

We come through here every now and then and this is one of my favorite Dunkin locations in Ga. Maybe it's because the one near my house isn't very good but Senoia Dunkin is exceptional in comparison

Every time i order it’s made perfectly and ready upon my arrival. Wonderful service from staff, very kind and happy people ! Love this store couldn’t recommend it more !!

I always order through the mobile app and I've gone to many Dunkin s but as of yet this one and the one in thomaston have the friendliest staff, no wait times and the order is always right

Overlook the facade, It is the worst Duncan in the Tri-County area. How do you have microwavable bacon that is raw. They forget eggs, the food is always cold. And when someone orders their iced coffee with three cream and three sugars, that is what they want. You wouldn't expect a heavy pour of cream and sugar every drink I have ever ordered from here tastes like syrup, it is disgrace for Duncan. And do not call the store and expect them to pick up as it is not a corporate store and do not care about the problem or inconvenience of your day even if it's their fault. And yet there's someone always ready to take your money.. and they do not honor the refill policy, but they sale the Duncan branded cups for refill worst experience from a Duncan donuts ever. Re-cap 08/23 service and food has greatly improved service is prompt and coffee is made quickly and correct I had to revisit and revise review since the much-improved store

I have been to the Senoia DD Many times and have not been disappointed yet. The staff are always very friendly and the store is very clean. Service has always been prompt and accurate, walk-in or drive thru!

Here’s the deal, you get what you pay for. DD is very affordable food. Don’t expect premium coffee or pastries. This is fast food guys. So don’t come on google bashing the product “they don’t know how to make coffee” “my sausage was dry” bunch of cry babies. The service and staff at this location are wonderful! Keep doing what you do!

I walked in the morning and went straight to the restroom to wash my hands. When I came out and walked up to order.....my drink was already made and waiting for me! Outstanding service. This crew runs the best Dunkin in the area.

My experience was amazing! The customer service needs some improvement but the drink tasted good!! (Note: I’m not a worker here, don’t know a single soul who works here and I don’t own this place. I just want to encourage the store. This is a new store, so all the negative reviews are necessary for constructive criticism, but we need to as a country take it easy on people who actually are brave enough right now to open businesses and aren’t too lazy to show up to work!!) Keep up the good work Dunkin in Senoia, keep trying hard and remember/learn how to have good customer service and you’ll do great!

Coffee was made correctly. Super fast with mobile order!

A brand new outlet just opened near us. We stopped in for a dozen donuts early afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to see a good selection still available. Thank you to the staff who greeted us and made us feel welcome. We'll be back for our DD fix soon.

Dunkin' in Senoia is great! I'm an iced latte fan, and the caramel swirl did not disappoint. First time trying the pepper bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, and it was good. Perfect ratio of bacon to eggs to cheese. Their service is friendly and fairly fast. The line today was wrapped around the building and I was still out of there in under 10 minutes! I'll definitely be back.

We had an opportunity to visit tonight and had wonderful service. Brittan was so friendly and kind. She had a genuine smile and went above and beyond for us. The doughnuts were fresh and the coffee was perfect A++

The best staff! So courteous and that is hard today to find! Amazing store, clean and great parking and drive thru. So glad Dunkin is in Senoia. Thank you again to the Senoia Dunkin Team for you welcoming smile!

First time at the new Dunkin’ today and it was great. Tava was super friendly and had our drinks and food out in no time. One of the best Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had.

New, clean store. Plenty of room in the parking lot. Tried the brown butter toffee latte which was delicious.

Great place and the staff isn't to friendly well to me they wasn't

My very first time eating @ a D.D., and they understood and helped me pick out 6 donuts to take home and share. We will be back!
