Panera Bread

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl in the app and picked it up in the drive thru- turns out they were sold out although the app did not display this. The cook was so kind, he proceeded to make me a chicken bowl with broccoli and greens and teriyaki sauce- just missing the rice since they didn’t have any. Great customer service and I’m so appreciate to the cook who did whatever he could to make me happy!

Customer service has been top-notch the last three visits! Twice through drive-through, and once dine in. Our meals have been made very well. Fresh ingredients. The staff has been very accommodating to allergies and are very knowledgeable on ingredients! We were starting to give up on the Panera franchise having had bad service at several surrounding locations, and orders not been great, but I am so happy this location is doing an amazing job!!

Food was great! The girl behind the counter was kind and patient. I hadn't been in a long time and she explained the menu. The pick two was a winner. Expect to spend some money it is Panera. $33 for two people. I overall it was a good experience though!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family meal. Cheryl is such an amazing manager and truly aims to please her customers. The kids loved the Mac n cheese and chocolate chip cookies. And the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich is to die for! Thanks to Cheryl and her amazing team, we had a great family dinner. 🩷

My god it was crowded! But the staff were working their butts off. Food came as quick as possible and they staff was amazing. Use the self order screens though

Spacious when it's not overly crowded, with some good music, and good seating. We thought we were going to have to wait 5 minutes for green tea, but we ended up waiting 20 minutes for it. The pick 2 choices of food was good.

I love this location. They’re friendly, and they prepare the food in a quality manner. I get what I order, which seems like an odd thing to comment on except at the location at Kedron seldom gets a correct.

May need to watch the soups,my wife food poisfrom the cheese cheddar broccoli?? Fyi

I love panera's broccoli and cheese soup with a couple of pieces of their bread to dip every once in awhile.

Just a quick shout out to Alan and the rest of the PTC Panera team for making our team bagel breakfast fantastic. They made my large bagel order seem like child’s play! The service and bagels were outstanding from the first call to pickup this morning at 0630! Thanks!!!!

I've ordered randomly from this location over the past two years. Each time a different random order. NEVER had a single issue. Quick and fresh. Today the manager was in and opened the door for me as I was leaving. The workers were friendly and thanked me.

Definitely a great place to grab a bite.

They had a problem with their electricity. So placing an order was delayed. But once everything was running, I got my lunch order in. The service was very fast.

Consistent fresh food always!! Great lemonade and tea!
They were short staffed the day we came and they were very polite explaining it will take a bit longer.

My kid loves to go there and visit Mandy. She's great and always makes my daughters ice coffee just the way she likes it. She literally will not get one unless she makes it for her.

Green Goddess Salad is amazing! We came at 8pm on a Saturday and they were out of Cinnamon Rolls (the main reason we came). They were out of Chicken Noodle soup as well. Ordered chicken wild rice soup and it wasn't up to par, neither was my wife's broccoli cheddar soup or her sandwich. Then, while my wife and I are talking they came and vacuumed the floor around our table. I'll eat here again, but that's a lot of strikes in one night.

Drive thru service was great. Very friendly and she made sure they had all the ingredients I wanted for my sandwich. Times are tough for restaurant workers, and I think this location is doing great.

The food is your typical Panera fare, but this location has an open, bright layout much more welcoming than most Paneras I've been to. They do have the music up a bit loud, but that is my only minor complaint.

So I come here every morning, I absolutely love the guys in the drive through. So sweet and they remember me lol. I order the same thing every morning such nice and kind people

The staff is beyond amazing at this location!
