Great coffee shop with quick service and affordable daily specials. Punch loyalty card offers quick rewards. They fixed the approach off of HWY 95 to make access way easier, for a period of time it was super pot hole ridden but all better now.

The girls here are & have been so awesome from day stand opened. Things got a little dicey when road entrance was canyon Size holes, but has been rectified. Love those girls...keep up those beautiful smiles. Thanks for all you do.

Stopped by for a coffee on our way out of town and this place is great! The stand was conveniently right off the highway, delicious coffee at an extremely affordable price. I got a venti iced coffee that cost under $4. Felt like the early 2000s. The staff was very kind and helpful, they even had me try my coffee to make sure I was happy with it before I left. I wish I lived here so this could be my regular spot!

My mom and I go here almost every time we head up to Sandpoint and the service is usually really great, but today we got a girl that said that she was from the Coeur d’Alene Jitterz and she was very rude towards my mom. My mom ordered her normal drink as usual (which there’s been no problem before) and this barista said “I can’t do that for you.” My mom and I were very confused because we’ve never been told that they couldn’t make her drink the way she gets it (at every Jitterz we’ve been to)
My mom proceeded to explain that there’s never been a problem in the past with her getting her drink the way she likes it and the barista said that wasn’t allowed and could lose her job. My mom was confused and so was I. My mom asked if there was another barista that usually works there that she could talk to and see if maybe they made it a different way in the Sagle location. The barista that was helping us laughs at her, leans out the window, smiles, and says “I think my job is more important than your drink.” Excuse me?! I’m a barista myself and never would I say that to one of my customers! It was really unprofessional and extremely rude. I’ve never experienced someone so rude there before. The usual girls are so kind I want make that clear!
Anyways, when she was making our drinks she said that she usually works in the Coeur d’Alene location and they aren’t allowed to make the drink the way my mom gets it. She was so rude. I can’t stretch this enough. I’m very upset at the way she treated my mom. It was not okay and quite frankly I hope that her boss sees this because if she said that to my mom (who wasn’t being rude at all) she’s definitely been rude to other costumers.

Loved my everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon and a hot mocha for my long drive. Friendly service and good products, I'll be back through!

My favorite coffee stand, the girls are friendly and always give a quick how was your day to make you feel good. The drinks are always delicious and usually fairly quick

Easy and fast, great coffee, Employee's are always nice and love there job.

It took a gift card to try the place. After all, who wants to go to a place named Jitterz?
Glad we got past the name, because their coffee is bold and dark roasts (not that light roast stuff that some claim to be roasted coffee beans! 😜) and the prices are very good. We are converted. So long Starbucks!

Kalila at your Sagle location is one in a million! She sees your car in line and has your favorite drinks ready when you pull up to the window. She has exceptional customer service skills, very friendly and professional! She is definitely a keeper.

Cute little drive thru coffee shop. They had delicious iced caramel macchiotos and great friendly service.

Got a chai tea latte iced and a banana chocolate protein shake. The tea was absolutely delicious, loved it. They did not skimp on the spices and it was mixed very well. The protein was of the same high quality ingredients with tasty chai seeds added in. Quick service and tasty products, will definitely visit again!

I love love love this place ! Always have. Reading some of the comments here make me sad. I would like to take a second for new customers who have read such negative comments and are new to Idaho to know what really goes on in a coffee stand.
If you took a second to talk to some of the amazing baristas that work at this location you could understand why the wait was a little longer. They were very short staffed up there during the begging of its opening. Also jitterz is very popular. Sorry other stands don’t makes as good of drinks as jitterz does or have as amazing of employees. There is a reason why they are busy because they a great at what they do. As for the clothing comments.. we’ll can you blame them? Anyone who against wearing shorts and a tank top in the hottest weeks north Idaho has ever seen (110 degrees) obviously has never worked in a coffee stand or a restaurant where ALL machines put off heat. Coffee stands can get warmer than it is outside. And no AC can’t keep up. I have never seen a girl at jitterz dress anywhere near a Hooters employee. That’s a little dramatic don’t you think ? Jitterz is run by a great, appropriate, Christian family and it is not right to falsely represent them. Think before you speak and don’t judge so harshly

Best coffee around hands down ! It’s worth the wait if there’s a line! They just opened in Sagle a couple weeks ago and my family couldn’t be anymore excited! On top of it , the customer service is great, always a smile and they recognize you and will remember your order if you’re a regular ! Love sagle jitterz🤍

best coffee stand in north idaho! already so busy after only being open for a few weeks!! definitely worth the wait though! there’s a reason other coffee stands have no lines :’)

Only the BEST drinks in idaho. staff is very friendly and accommodating. the use the Joe app and that is awesome.

Two drinks for the price of one here rather than *bucks. Excellent drinks.
