This was one of the nicest T-Mobile stores I have visited. I am a long time customer, and I greatly appreciated the service I got. I came in only for a new screen protector. Trent was the tech who helped me, and he did an amazing job. He was very kind and made sure I was all taken care of in my time there. I will be driving out of my way to come to this store in the future. Thanks again to Trent, he is doing a phenomenal job, with 5Star customer service!

Good experience completing a phone exchange. However, poor experience with the screen protector. An initial employee placed a protector on, but because it had bubbles near the top, she said that if it remained an issue that I could come in and get a new one for free. Later, when I did so, a different employee had a passive aggressive attitude, put on the wrong screen protector, and placed it on slightly crooked. The poor customer service makes me not want to return.

Update: before 3 stars, now 5 stars. The manager Andrew fully rectified my experience with the screen protector and compensated me with the correct one. He also gave excellent customer service. I am very happy with the final experience and highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and awesome customer service. Arington is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was more concerned with helping me get what I needed and not concerned with the sale. Highly recommended if you’re shopping for a new phone or new cell services.

Entire staff was extremely friendly, and very helpful, and knowledgeable. If you come to this store, ask for Cody. He’s amazing and so informative and just generally nice. Definitely would recommend T-Mobile on Davis.

Mike S. went above and beyond to help us with an issue. While we weren't able to resolve it, he spent a lot of time working with us, was patient, and friendly. He opened a ticket for us once we had exhausted all the trouble shooting options, and gave us his contact info so we could follow up with him if needed. Highly recommend this location.

I was in yesterday to upgrade my phone and was helped by a very very wonderful associate named Mercedez. I have honestly in my life never received such exceptional customer service. She completely blew me away. She called Sprint for me and waited on the phone almost an hour to talk to someone and get my upgrade settled. She was patient, kind and got me the best deal possible. That place is super blessed to have such a thorough employee. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help.

Wow. Just wow. This store has given an eggceptional experience. Everyone here is EXTREMELY attractive. They just know how to talk, act, and leak swagger. Very smart and know their way around the system of the TMobile. Exspecially the girl that helped me. Heaven is here on Earth. Go to this store for good experiences and the smell of Chanel No.5. Had an issue where I had a plan with a lease 1 get 1 free, yet they were still charging me the price of both of the phones.
After dealing with customer service, and 2 employees in store, I was still having the issue.

I came in one day very upset over my bill, Sean Williams the Supervisor was extremely helpful. I'm sure many other people are very upset, and somewhat snarky/rude, like I was when visiting. He was very kind, told me he was on my team on this issue, and ended up calming me down and solved the issue I was having in one visit. I apologize for how me and my fiance acted, we were very upset.

That is a perfect example of above and beyond customer service, as most employees would be snarky right back. Thank you Sean for the excellent service. I honestly was going to cancel my service altogether. (I have been dealing with an extra 48$ on my bill for 10 MONTHS before this.)
5/5 would be upset if he's not employee of the month.

I won't lie... I haven't always had the most pleasant experience at this Sprint store, but I hate the fact that people always review a place when they only have bad experiences... I visited this location about a week ago to upgrade my Note 4 to possibly an iPhone. I was greeted very promptly upon entering and put on a wait list, but I was greeted by a rep within a minute or two. I expected to wait a lot longer as I realize that getting a new phone and activating and all that isn't a quick process as I think most other people should realize as well... but back to my review.. I worked with Richard and told him that I wanted to switch from an Android to an iPhone mainly due to the exceptional battery of the iPhone. We chatted for a bit and he never once tried to push me towards an iPhone. I decided on an iPhone 7 plus and later found out that he is the Apple advocate at the store so I was very surprised and pleased that he didn't try to push me towards that Apple product. He let me decide on my own. He was very clear and direct about the plan I upgraded to, as well as all the pricing. He was friendly and funny too! Process didn't take long at all other than transferring all my files form my old phone, but I just went to eat and came back and it was all done as promised. I have to add that I also work in retail and I am actually a lot more critical than most people because of that. I think Richard did an exceptional job and if he ever wanted a job at my place of employment I would definitely vouch for him.

Made an appointment to upgrade my phone, and was seen promptly. Debbie was very helpful and knowledgeable with getting me the right phone. The entire team was professional and kind. Definitely recommend this store if you need to come in for service.

I was worried my galaxy s21 had a battery or charging port issue and came in expecting to have my phone replaced or worked on in some way. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable about my phone was able to explain my problem in a way I understood, fixed the issue and sent me on my way. Can't recommend this store or Jessica enough. Excellent experience.

Service was quick, no wait. Explained that I was looking to get my bill a little lower and upgrade phones. I was able to go from an iPhone 7+ to an 8+ with 4 times the storage and my bill did go down because they offered me a refurbished phone.
