An absolutely cozy place with beyond excellent food. The coffee has to be the best in the area. The owners are very personable as well. A great place to spend your day and relax/rewind. Quite possibly the best grilled cheese I've ever had.

Cute coffee shop alongside a dance company. There aren't many coffee shops with such an airy atmosphere. Almost no one here for a Saturday around 12:30ish. And the bread... The bread is soft and amazing. I would recommend everyone visit here at least one. Everyone is so nice , there's room to actually enjoy your food, and the outside seating is spacious and inviting. If I lived here, I would come here as often as possible. <3 Thank you for such a nice experience.

Had such a wonderful experience today! Stopped by to get coffee and ended up staying for lunch and dessert. The staff was so wonderful and friendly. The space was also great for my partner and I to work remotely from. The soup and and sandwiches were delicious and the almost croissant was the best I’ve ever had. The perfect stop for when you’re heading in or out of town, don’t skip it!

Super cute little cafe with outstanding service. One of the owners recommended the "Gwendolyn" latte and it was amazing. I felt like they'd be happy to have anyone sit and play checkers or chat all day. If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend!

Had some the BEST coffee I’ve had in a while here. They have gluten free and dairy free options as well, which was a bonus. We met the owner, whom was very nice and gave great recommendations to visit on our travels. Beautiful 200 year old house on the property too! Highly recommend stopping by!

We were passing through Sweetwater on a family road trip stopping at the Lost Sea Adventure and needed to grab lunch. My friend found the Sweet & Salty Eatery as an alternative to your typical road trip fast food options. We were all very satisfied with the food, the staff, and most of all the owner. He came around and greeted all the customers, chatted with us about our trip. Gave us multiple recommendations of places to go and see at our final destination. Sweet & Salty is a true gem and a great find in Sweetwater. From sandwiches, to flatbread pizzas, and finally the “best smoothies” the kids have ever had…and they are smoothie connoisseurs, it was a great place to stop and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

My girlfriend and I met there for the first time as Sweet & Salty was halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville! Such a peaceful setting with a modern industrial look. The staff was super friendly and helpful and took extra care to make our dinning experience so enjoyable. The tomato soup was delicious and the half grilled cheese with bacon sandwich a perfect pairing. We enjoyed our time there so much and will be back! The specialty coffees were incredible and next visit I plan to leave room to sample one of the tempting danishes with the coffee! Great prices too! Reasonable, enjoyable, & delicious!

Wonderful family run cafe. Specializes in coffees, bagels, soups & salads and sandwiches. All are healthy choices and made on site.

This was my first time at this coffee shop. We came in for a network meeting and felt very welcome. The food and drinks were beyond my expectations and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend stopping into this coffee shop as you drive through town. The menu had very unique food items and presented beautifully. They tasted amazing! It’s a family owned business which I love as well.

Great little coffee shop off the beaten path. You wouldn't see it from the road but definitely try to find it. Lots of room and the pecan roast coffee was exceptional.

This was a perfect place to stop for brunch on the trip back home. Friendly staff, prompt service and a great variety of options to try. The charcuterie was packed with a wonderful selection of nuts, fruit, veggies, salami and cheese.

Stopped by for a quick coffee on our way to Gatlinburg, love stopping at local shops, definitely recommend, everyone was super nice and helpful on what coffee would be good for the remainder of our drive, I ordered The Gwendolyn, with an extra shot of espresso!

Awesome little Cafe. Really cool spot with some good food. We had a big group and nothing was left on the table. Not a super big menu, but great food. Ceaser chicken wrap, chicken noodle soup, BLTs, Bagel Bacon egg and cheese, Naan bread pizzas. Everything was great.
