The staff was very helpful when i was struggling to give my husband a few middle of the line quality cigars. I don't smoke, but on rare occasions, i do enjoy a few espresso martinis while my husband enjoyed his cigar. Nice that there's a place like Twins for people to go and enjoy.

Phenomenal. Shop here on a weekly basis. Top quality store and customer service compared to others in the manchester and Boston area. Staff took time to recommend cigars based on current preferences and friendly without being pushy. Good vibes. Highly recommended.

I’m not really a cigar smoker. Maybe a few times a year. However, last June I was searching for a seasonal release that had been on sale several months earlier and usually sells out. It was a St. Patrick’s cigar called the “Filthy Hooligan”. I gave it a shot an called Twins. The Manager in Londonderry was very responsive and told me he’d do an inventory search. He found some boxes in Hooksett and had them delivered down to Londonderry the next day. I call that 5-Star Customer Service.

I stopped in to purchase some cigars for my stepfather as a gift. The guys were not only extremely knowledgeable but they were very sweet and patient with me as well. They took the time to explain the different cigar options and collections to me and ultimately helped me make a really great decision. I can't wait to give him the gift!

Excellent selection of fine cigars, cigarettes and accessories. I have purchased a couple of really cool and top notch lighters. Little on the pricey side but have a life time guarantee. The employees there are really friendly and knowledgeable with an questions you might have. If they don't have what your looking for they will gladly set if they can find it and order it for you. They have a nice downstairs smoking room with a nice TV to watch the game. Check them out.

Came in totally on a whim; staff was immediately friendly and available. Great cigar selection, and they let you bring in food and bevs for the lounge area. Plus the guy who I'm assuming to be the manager let us stay a few minutes past close to wrap up a conversation! Definitely hit this place up for a chill atmosphere and a nearly overwhelming choice of tobacco products.

You can with complete certainty expect a friendly face. Twins provides not just an excellent service with great cigars, they provide memories. I'd say the best part about this establishment is that I'm not treated so much as a customer as I am as a person. That has voluminous amounts of value to me. The cigars are great, the bar is loaded with exquisite spirits, the people are friendly, the staff is experienced and precise in their profession. All around this place has a big part in the uniqueness of New Hampshire. Definitely stop in to Londonderry when you can.

Kurt always has the best cigars in the market in this area. On top that it's home to the 7-20-4 brand keeping up NH's Cigar heritage. His salespeople are very knowledgeable and provide first class assistance. I will enjoy a couple of his cigars over the Christmas holiday.

One of the few places left locally with a decent array of pipe tobacco, tins and bulk, including some serious stuff like rope tobacco. And of course they have a ton of cigars, RYO supplies, and a nice smoking lounge, plus friendly staff who *actually know and smoke the products*.

They arr the greatest owner kurt always has what you want or need and when in the shop ask the staff for kurts osn brand cigar he bought thd name and rights to an old classic cigar from nh history try them youll love them

This is a welcome change from a full bar, bring your own beverage, chill in the super comfy leather lounge chairs and watch a game. Bring a few friends for the high top bar style stools and get caught up.

This place is pretty cool I thought it was a tobacco shop cuz it says smoke shop on it but they do have some tobacco items but it's more like a cigar shop the gentleman that was working was very nice very helpful very respectful he was honest about everything he also told me that they had a cigar smoking them attached to the store what you show me and it was pretty amazing the place was really clean and well-kept neat this place is amazing if you love cigars and want to go and smoke inside a cigar smoke old school antique type of furniture in the room but not antique where you don't want to sit down it has leather chairs beautiful tables cigar cutters the whole nine yards very neat and clean both areas of store in cigar room and the staff is really respectful helpful nice walks over to the items that you're asking about checks prices and I asked you to check a few prices on items and then when I went to don't put the items back that I didn't want he told me not to worry about that he would take care of it but I still come back anyways but I would give this an A+ class rating amazing store and staff very clean a neat the gentleman that I spoke with is an asset to this business in the company
