I was at the door at 8:00 a.m. ( I did not like being "that person"). I needed something for my 1st client at 9. The woman opened the door with a smile while talking to another customer on the phone. As soon as she could she was helping me and asking how I was. She was sooo friendly.. She made my day!!

I find the staff always courteous and helpful in spite of what some of these people say in their reviews. I picked up an order today the colors were wrong, I don't have time to go back-and-forth, but I know that they're doing everything they can to accommodate their customers.. No invoice ,a totally different total deducted from my bank statement than what I was told ...It happens, I'm sure it was'nt deliberate...Ill get over it...Thanks Cosmo Orof for always doing your best!

I love the employees in this store, they have been nothing but kind and willing to go out of their way to help. I have been going to this store for over 10 years. I especially love the new location. I have not been treated personally by the manager that everyone speaks of. But maybe she or he just needs to be replaced
