I had a really complicated issue with needing to upgrade my new phone to the same phone with bigger memory, and Barb was extremely helpful. She made sure to check that I was qualified for the promos I had, and when it didn't look like it was going to be honored, she patiently waited for me to get in touch with the customer service rep (even though it was like 20 minutes until closing). Once we did contact, she helped outline the problem with professionalism and conciseness. Thankfully, my issue was resolved, and she double-checked everything was in order before doing anything permanent.

I really appreciate the attention to detail, the endless patience, and clarity Barb brought. =]

With sprint and t-mobile merging I had some difficulties with my sprint plan and my phone recently stopped charging passed 5%. I went in, and if your wondering there is not a tech here (Laguna and Howe locations only have on-site techs for sprint customers), but found out that sprint would charge me almost 300 to fix my phone and replace the battery. Johnathon went above most workers and help me out with a better phone with a manageable price while I had great convo with Kyle and their store manager. They are very professional and help me out with ALL my phone problems. Honestly, best experience I've had at a phone store in the past decade.
