Kilwins West Hartford - Blue Back Square

Visited this store on 12/29/23. Such a fun place! Smells delicious! Tastes even better! The store was very busy and the staff handled all customers with ease and were very pleasant. Talked to the manager and she was a doll. Loved my ice cream!

I’ve gone 3 times in 24 hours, my friends, family and I are absolutely loving it! The toasted coconut ice cream with a chocolate base is ridiculously good! And so is Kat!! Must go!

Oh so yummy! Perfect little spot to stop by after a night of shopping/dinner around the Blue Back area. The ice cream was so good. The place smells like deliciousness the moment you walk in. I can’t post photos because the treats we got were gone before I could take a pic!

So excited to see a Kilwins in Connecticut. The We-Ha-Mud ice cream in excellent. Nothing like a fresh waffle cone too. Great service and a top quality product

What a lovely shop. The staff was so helpful and happy to share their treats. So many samples so little time. I tasted everything and went home with some goodies for the family. My favorite was probably the fudge with lots of stuff in it. Potentially it was called turtle or something along those lines. They even sell ice cream and chocolate covered All The Things. They are chamber members and we are so happy to have them here in the community!!

Really great experience and access during the walk from the theater to the garage.
Upon walking in you’re met with wonderful fresh baked waffle come smell, fresh hand made fudge lining the counter, and an assortment of seasonal items you can only typically get in fall such as candy apples.
The staff member who assisted me was wonderful in explaining the deal and prices as well!
The fudge barely made it to next day it was simply so delicious. They offered at my time of visit, peanut butter, sea salted caramel, and chocolate. There was one other but I missed the name.
If you plan on leaving your server gratitude please be generous, they are shared amongst all staff.
If you are claustrophobic or hate large groups of people close together consider going on a weekday. The store is small and has two lines, one for ice cream service and the other for candy. The employee did notify us the plan on creating line dividers soon.
Over all great experience!

My best friend is Kosher and the workers were helpful in showing me what was safe for her to have! Their ice cream is AMAZING. Super clean spot too!
