I wasn't sure what to expect when entering this establishment. I thought since it was close and doesn't seem to be a big chain store, I should give a try and hopefully like and support it. I ran it Malonda (pretty sure I spelled it right) I enjoyed her friendly and helpful attitude. I needed some color my hair which y'all may have noticed. I usually get 2 specific types of color, but today we shall see what happens. I'm gonna start with a good review, but if my hair falls out(ha) I will review that review. I'm sure all will be good and will see what else they have to offer in the future.

They have the most stuff and selections. All they carry is so beautiful and good to use, never had any dried up or broken makeups, if you find one, they give you discounts for them. This is my place to go! I've compared to so many different places and you won't find one as full and well serviced as this! I go out of my way to come here and they sure don't fail to have it all!

I've been going here for years.. I haven't had a problem with customer service or finding what I need especially when I ask for help but I'm sure if you walk IN ANY STORE with a messed up attitude and speak to them with disrespect, you'd probably catch a little attitude back. (To the horn lake ratchets) lol.

Jessica always greets and help me when I come in. She is the best, keep her !

I went by on New Years Eve and the staff was really kind so I came back New Year's and purchased some items. Great staff!

Love them, they're great for our community in giving back, they have my support for all my beauty needs.

Location and great variety of hair selection

Compared to other beauty supply stores this store is over priced and the ladies at the counter are loud af.

I was looking for lace glue and ask the man that work there with the glasses and who wear the mask do they have lace glue and he said with an attitude it's at the register. I said you don't have to be so damn rude. He went to register and got the track glue. I said that's not what I asked for. So he then proceeded to tell me where the lace glue is located. I asked do have the lace glue in black tube he said no again with attitude, he then said that you can get the cheap glue over by that pink bottle again with the attitude. I told him that their are a lot of beauty supply companies around here and I will not be coming back. I refuse to spend my money at a business who don't know how to treat me customer with respect. I told him that he need a reality check and to check his attitude because it's stinks. Team to much Rudeness

It’s the principle. After paying I looked at my receipt. The spandex cap was priced as $1.99 and $2.49 was entered in. The sweet cashier showed one of the managers. He told me someone put the wrong price on the item and couldn’t change it. I asked for a refund. He said we don’t do refunds only store credit. Make sure to check the price BEFORE if you go to this store. The monitor display was not on during this transaction.

Definitely not friendly or helpful. I made it one minute before closing and just needed a small bottle of 30v developer. It’s only $1.99 and I had cash in hand. I understand people want to go home and normally it wouldn’t be a big deal except I had an important event and had a hair crisis. I don’t normally show up at closing time expecting to shop. I had something very specific. It would’ve been really nice of them and said a lot about how they do business if they would have helped me. They were all standing at the door after they locked it to yell at me through the glass they were closed. I was clearly in a rush and wouldn’t have taken more than a minute of their time. For this reason I won’t be purchasing anymore wigs or anything else from there.

I made a purchase, well I tried to make a purchase and when I swiped my card they said the internet was down and it didn't take my payment. I tried another 3 more times and still didn't work, there was nothing wrong with my card at all. And the amount was pending on my card and the worker said it would be release because it didn't go through, well that was wrong, called my bank because 2 days later the amount posted to my account and they took the money out my account. I went back up to the store to show them it posted expecting them to make it right and return my funds or at least give me store credit but he did absolutely nothing to help to make it right. Instead he wants to argue with me about it still not going through when you clearly seeing posted in my mobile banking. No help at all and this was so wrong.

I walked in heading to the oil section, I’m standing there look at the different kind to see which one I want he asked me did I need help I responded no he come over there then walked away, but the part that get me is I headed where the beads would be looking to see what color do I want to get he walked back over there were I was then walked away as if I was stealing or something which made me very uncomfortable because if I can’t shop in peace without someone watching my every move I will go and spend my money else where
