Very nice sandwich shop, had a BLT Skinny with a cup of broccoli cheese soup. Soup was fantastic and not runny. Sandwich was quite good and bacon was delicious.

Yes, it was great! The service and food was great. The service, was even better, thanks to Tee! She is amazing and awesome. Her personality is kind and sweet. She has a genuine and pretty smile. Hopefully, she gets recognized and get a decent bonus. The turkey and swiss was great. It was fresh. Tee, wiped down our table and all. It is refreshening to see someone working who wants to work. Thank you ma'am. Hopefully management will let her know. Blessings always!

I have to say I purposely avoided Potbelly in the past because I assumed they wouldn’t have vegetarian options but I was mistaken. I went in today for the first time and got a veggie melt for lunch and it was fantastic. The ingredients are very fresh and just delicious. The staff was also very polite and efficient despite the long lines. I’ll certainly be back

I can to downtown for a protest and there were so many people in line for food and the bathroom, I believe there were only three people working and they did fantastic 💞

Very nice! We stumbled upon Potbellys while walking to another restaurant. Decided to stop in. I'm glad we did. Only 2 employees at the time, but they were very nice and hardworking. Food was great. Wish they franchised in Pa!

Great sandwiches, the spicy hummus is a must to get. I'll be back next trip.

So delicious and filling. I've been going to Potbelly at least thrice a month for 17 years, and today's Wreck sandwich was the best ever. The Perks program gives some nice freebies too. The regular size sandwiches satisfy my giant size appetite. Good location, good food, good vibes.

They're nice. It's a chain. Nothing to write home about. Good quick and doednt make you feel sick to eat. There are a lot of homeless and protesters around the area and inside the restaurant at any given time. No skin off my back.

For a quick bite at a very reasonable price this joint serves up a fresh and hot sub every time. The milkshakes are the absolute best made with top quality ingredients. Now the cookies are straight from the heavens and to freakin' die for!!! I love the simple menu and friendly fast service. "Nailed it"!!!

Most incredible sandwich I've ever had. The BLTA was perfection. Service was even better. The drink we wanted was out so she over compensated. This will definitely be our spot in D.C.

This is a great convenient sandwich shop just across from the White House and Renwick gallery. Though it gets crowded during lunch hour by federal employees, I’ve never encountered an obscene wait. Has both outdoor and indoor seating.

The lady who took our order was patient and helpful. We had 6 orders and she completed them all with no assistance. She showed exemplary customer service. I would visit again if I'm in the area.

This is the best Potbelly's I've been to, and I travel and have been to many. I eat every Monday-Friday at this store and it's because the workers there are on point, and every single one of them at this store is A+.

If you like Potbelly's you will not be disappointed (and it's hard to not like Potbelly's because it's the best sub shop there is).

I prefer potbellies over pretty much every fast food sub spot. Fresh & flavorful!
