Katie's exceptional customer service skills were on display when she helped me resolve a challenging issue with a return. Despite being scheduled to leave 15 minutes before my arrival, she patiently went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism.

We came there yesterday and rented a chainsaw, the clerk was very courteous and understanding and knew everything about what we needed. 10 stores not just fine. Home Depot is building America strong again

Purchased a floor lamp at Home Depot and asked if I could have the floor model. Didn’t want to assemble it due to back issues. Was told if I purchased the one in the box they would have someone assemble it the next day. One of the customer service employees, Danzig, offered to assemble it for me right away. I was so happy with the customer service and her willingness to help me!! The Aberdeen Home Depot is amazing…also, Angie, the manager was wonderful as well

One of my favorite stores thats gets me in trouble, lol 😆 Yes they have oodles of supplies for just about any building, plumbing, electrical, indoor/outdoor equipment, cleaning, flooring, paint and the list goes on. 😀

I went in very over whelmed. I asked from help from an employee and they turned me away. The only other people I could find were two other employees, Emily and Allison, they were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure I left with exactly what I needed. They had their power out because of a storm, it was dark running on emergency lights and hot due to no ac running, but they were in good spirits. I’m appreciative of the store for being open and appreciative for those two employees for being compassionate and providing excellent customer service.

This place usually has my needs for various projects.

The store is always stocked and looks good. Today i had a GEM help me out. Name on her Apron said Mack (i think) and she was one of the most helpful person i have ever encountered. Jumped right in to help me without me asking or making me feel any less for not knowing what i needed in bulbs. Showed me exactly what i was looking for, explained it and gave me options. Truly made my day. Thank you so much Mack! You are amazing!

Great store; one of the best Home Depot locations. I have been to this site thousands of times over the years. The customer service is good, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The check out is quick and parking lot easily accessible with many parking spaces. Prices are good and selection is good. Located just off the I95 exit and not too far from Rte40.

The wait was long but worth it. They were understaffed but the Indian hottie was super nice and helpful. They have a nice selection of trees this year.

Home depot was great. Found what we needed and went to checkout. The gentleman helping us check out very helpful in using the new military discount system. I had no idea how to do it and he walked me right through it. Such a nice gentleman. Thank you.

We had our deck done by Mike and crew excellent job right on time very nice people will refer to anyone needing work done and we will use them again for more work! Mike Dale with impact remodeling need work done he's the man for the job.

So we came in and the lady gave wonderful directions to the bathroom which were VERY clean. I was very surprised by that and very happy with that. Paint people were a great help as well. I always enjoy my trips to this Home Depot. The people are so helpful and don’t make me feel like an idiot if I don’t know what I’m talking about, which I normally don’t.

I drove 1.5h to get an exclusive bundle sale here after confirmed the sale is true through the phone call. However, it turns out it could be a bug in the system since that bundle doesn’t exist in store. Well, I guess this kind of situation happens, but what they treated me truly shows how much they care about the customers. Debbie, the manager who helped me the whole time. Instead of the “sale”, she kindly offered me a very good discount on each part inside the bundle. I’m not even asking for that, but that indeed makes me feel nice even after the travel.

Great customer service! Had to pick up a online order and grabbed a grill had the assistant manager help and a associate again great service

Pulled in and let them know we were outside parked at pickup using link sent in order ready email. An employee asked us to move to the bags of mulch. He and my sons loaded 30 plus bags in the truck. The whole process took 15 minutes. Courteous employee.

We were in the market for a new dryer so we checked out home depot. Shawni was very helpful and let us look around without hovering. When we made our decision she set us up for delivery/installation and answered all our questions. Very pleased with the service.

He is the Best at Customer Support ,always Very Helpful! A great teacher 👍🏼 Francis is very patient and encouraging. I replaced all of my sinks plumbing myself with his help and guidance. Now I have replaced our submergible pump with his help and saved myself a couple thousand dollars 💵 !!!

1st lemme say the Home Depot's response to COVID-19 is stellar. This I totally appreciate. It makes me care more about going there to purchase the goods I need.

When I do go to buy things, I'm always satisfied with the service I receive. The things I get are quality items. If ever there's an issue, I get satisfaction. Never once have I left that store in Aberdeen, Md without a smile on my face.

If you want to be a happy shopper for your diy projects, go to HD. Trust me, you'll be glad you did. And on-line... OMG! You won't believe the different types of merchandisebiu can buy.

This Home Depot in particular is quite pleasant compared to most in the Baltimore District. The biggest reason is that it's not really very busy ever with the exception of 7 a.m to 10 a.m Mon. - Fri. With that said for the casual shopper looking to buy home improvement products this is a great store to visit as it is clean, well organized, and usually has plenty of associates available to help with any questions you might have. Just look for someone with an orange apron on and you'll love coming to this Home Depot!
