McDonald's

Today I went through the drive through around 230 pmish and you had a really sweet foreign lady (I couldn’t quite place the accent) who was kinda on the heavier side of place her in her 30s and had dark hair. She was so sweet and patient with me and just incredibly kind and her service was remarkable. I wish I got her name she was amazing. I will also be calling to give a customer compliment 💜

I want to give a shout out to Ms. Alice! I promised her I'd give her a survey but I lost my receipt. Ms.Alice is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this location. She is absolutely the sweetest woman I've ever met & she has a heart of gold. She always has a smile on her face- she is always happy to see me & I know deep down inside she's one of the greatest women to ever exist on this planet. I want her to know she's truly cherished & highly appreciated for everything she's ever done. Much love sunshine!

Let me start off by saying I rarely eat fast food. So rare that it takes me 15 minutes to decide what I want to eat because I don't know what's on the menu. I tend to eat fast food when there are no other options and I need some form of nourishment in me other than water. With that being said there is another McDonald's 5 miles away on 40 closer proximity to my house and I will always come to Aberdeen for my McD. Every time in the past year that we have stopped for a quick bite has been the best McDonald's experience. Not every McDonald's is created equal and this one should win awards for consistently producing what you think of McDonald's. The fries are hot, crispy and covered in the perfect amount of 'is that too much salt, who cares it's delicious', the Coke products are on point - I never had Sprite that refreshing, you could distinguish the lime and lemon with the perfect amount of sweetener and soda water, the burgers are always hot, juicy, seasoned, perfectly made to look like they are in an advertising photo shoot. Oh and lastly let's not forget the buttermilk chicken tenders, they are crispy, hot and juicy sorry. I tend to eat McDonald's once a year and am always disappointed but Aberdeen McDonald's you have turned me into a believer that fast food can be tasty. Keep up the great work, your employees take pride and are always super friendly and patient with my timely decision making. You'll be seeing more of me now that I have such fond perfect fast food memories. Keep up the great work!!

I was at this location at 1215 pm for an afternoon coffee and received an awesome service from the manager. Despite he was busy with many orders, he made himself readily available to accommodate my request.

Always fresh & order correct. The employees work extremely hard yet continue to be polite as ever and have smiles on their faces. As well as greeting you with warmth.
This previous week I had a young man take care of my order and he was a complete sweetheart and made it the best McDonald's experience I've had. I did let him know this but I wish I knew his name.

I have never had anything less than a pleasant experience here. The staff is always friendly, the orders are always right, and I have seen the staff handle horrible customers politely and with dignity. This is one of the best Mcdonalds I’ve ever been through. I especially like the younger black guy that wears the visor, the younger girls in the drive thru, and the spanish women that work the counter area. My daughter absolutely loves going in there and we make it a point to always go there. The team there is awesome!!

Called me personally to work it out. Completely changed my mind about this location. Thank you for restoring some faith. The Manager was amazing!

I normally use the drive thru but my grand-daughter asked if we could go inside to eat so we did. Upon entering I realized I had never been inside this particular McDonald's. It has a very contemporary and very clean look and feel to it. Although the drive thru had several cars there was hardly anyone inside. We attempted to use the self service kiosk but couldn't find the 2 cheeseburger meal for my grand-daughter so we had to go to the register to order instead. The customer service was good and thorough and our order was accurate in the end. They also brought the order to our table which was pretty awesome. Overall, we had a good experience at this McDonald's in Aberdeen md on Philadelphia road.

This Mcd's is fairly well run, and the most consistent when it comes to fresh food. There is also a manager on night shift and he is awesome! Always willing to go above and beyond to make my experience excellent. Thanks for the great service, Aberdeen team.

Am visiting this Mac since 2 years day/night but usually I use the drive through.

Most of times I make orders not less than 10 pcs and my order is done as requested and perfect . Staff are very helpful,polite and they always made my day with thier good behavior and smile.

Probably the best McDonalds nearby! Always fast, efficient and polite no matter the time of day. Food is always good quality. My favorite place to stop in for a snack late at night!

Great food fast and very clean dining area. The staff are always smiling and their very polite.

Drive threw is excellent. Way faster than McDonald’s in Belair. Although both locations Vanilla cones always hit the spot

Love this place!! Very fast and i love everyone there!! They are great with customers and always making my little 3 year old so happy with balloons and toys!!

Always come here after work. Theyre always open when i need them to. They dont always get the order right though. Just remember to check your order before you leave as they can be forgetful

Foods usually always fresh but make sure you go through the drive thru if you go inside you will be waiting forever they focous on the drive thru more than the people inside
