I had a wonderful time here! I was going about my ordinary day not expecting much out of this shopping experience. Until this young lady was so nice to me. Her name tag stated Tamara I believe and she was so nice. Anytime I asked about sizing or where something was she was always the first to assist me. She was so kind and I am so thankful she was there to remind me that there are still nice people in the world! And I loved the items I got!

Shopping was great. They had 5 people on the registers, plenty of help on the floor. Lots of good stuff on sale and clearance. Course it is Christmas time and they should have lots of help

Successful back to school shopping for our 3 girls. The staff was really on it, asking us if we needed anything multiple times and helping us find different sizes. I hate when customer service ignores customers. So great job tonight Old Navy!

Go to this location store on quite a few occasions. Well stocked & organized. I do look around in the men’s section whether it’s to buy some jeans, pants, shorts, or t-shirts.

I had an amazing experience today with sales rep. Jessica, I had to share my experience. I found 2 shirts I wanted both, totaling 70 dollars with tax. My dilemma was I only had 65 available on my credit card. Jessica said no worries , I had 10 dollars old navy credit card credit, and with the additional 10 dollar credit Jessica helped me with, I was able to buy both. This Old Navy is now my store, with sales people like Jessica, why would I go anywhere else!! Thanks Jessica!!!

The cashier was kinda snobbish @ me today however I wanted to leave a kind review because they had my favorite screen tees Beetlejuice thank you I really enjoy it happy holidays

A little late posting this. But I was at the store on 7/15/22. And Kris helped me. She went above and beyond when I asked her for another pair of pants for my son. And went and hunted them down for me. Extremely helpful. The entire staff was wonderful.

I actually came here two days in a row. I saw online that Old Navy was having a sale and they sell these activewear shirts I like, so I popped in and found a couple shirts. I bought a couple other shirts as well to try out since they weren't very expensive.

The clerk at the register matched the prices online which was great for me, and I was on my way quickly. Very friendly staff and I got what I came for.

The two other shirts I tried wound up not fitting so I returned the next day for a return. There was only one guy working the registers and the couple in front of me was very impatient but he was still friendly and helpful with them and then with me. The return process was painless and then I stuck around and bought something else afterwards which worked out great.

I have been to the other location on Serene and the staff were very friendly there as well. A great experience and I will always check here before ordering online.

I appreciate the one that’s a on Henderson, she was a great customer service. Help me out great I will be up there again, but when I ordered online, I took three times to deliver my order.

The customer reps I here were some of the best I've ever met!! Everyone was super friendly without being annoying or pushy. I saw the manager going out of her way to personally help a customer, and after that she went and folded clothes at the front. (It's so cool to see leaders working right alongside those they lead.) Besides the store being clean and organized, it has a really good atmosphere.

When I came in to this location, I was greeted with welcoming smiles and hellos. I did come in to do a large return, so I have to give a shout out to Anthony for all their help with the mess of returns that they helped me with. I did apologize seeing it was a lot and really appreciated it. Thank you!

I went into Old Navy looking for men's sweatpants, the employee was so helpful!! Customer service on a scale 1 to 10, she gets a 20! And to add to a great experience, cashier was also great!! For sure one of my best retail shopping experiences!!

Quick young kids that was zooming to make sure we was in and out. Although everything seemed great. I would have liked to have seen someone my age. Gen X is getting old i guess we need to move aside and manage.

This Old Navy has been great since it opened. Returned some Christmas gifts there today and it's still great. The people who work there have the best energy and vibe.

I’ve always loved old navy and I especially love that I live next to one too ! And it’s not only close convenience, but a store with good workers. I just bought a fur jacket for my daughter with imitation fur and I had no idea that it couldn’t be put in the dryer . So the fur burnt and it was brand new . I called and spoke to a manager about it and I believe her name was “sung” and she told me to come by to replace it. I was helped right away with no wait ! I was upset about it being new and ruined and she truly made me feel better . This location is the best !

Today, I bought a dress that came with a belt. When I got home, I realized the belt was not in the bag, nor was it in my car. When I called the store manager Erica answered and I told her where I believed it was on the hanger. She told me she would look for it herself and if it was not there, to come in with the dress and receipt and she would get me a replacement. They found the belt I had lost from my dress and I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the selection in both the new arrivals and the clearance sections. Made off with a lot of clothes for a great deal.
