I love this store! All of the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about SW products. I’ve never had to wait long to get my paint and the quality of the paint is top notch!

Brandon very helpful today. Out of 5 gallon buckets of what was needed. He did find it in 1 gallon buckets. Quick turnaround for the tinting as well. Thank you Brandon!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the various employees I interacted with. I had no knowledge of how to complete the task I had (painting a metal roof) and they were able to help point me in the right direction for preparation, buying paint, finding the right color, and recommending the best way to apply the paint itself. Jonathan specifically was very helpful and friendly.

We bought a paint color and thought we liked the color until we painted it on the exterior of our house. Once it dried we knew it wasn't going to work. We went to the Ashland store and told the employee we planned to buy more paint because we weren't happy with the results. He quickly offered to fix it. He was able to change the color to something we abolsoluty love. We had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Vince Coleman for all of your painting needs. He is very patient and professional.

Walked in with color codes from a printing company which did not translate to a Sherwin Williams paint code. Vince went above and beyond to make sure the paint I took home was perfect. Really exceptional customer service.
