Great remodel but miss the Impossible Sausage, Egg, cheese on English muffin Sandwich.

I love getting my refreshers from here and i love the workers here they are so nice and welcoming and in a good mood always they are the best and always make my sandwiches bagels and wraps so good i always leave them a tip i wish i could give more

The service and team here are exceptional! i just came in for take out breakfast and they were very friendly, took my order perfectly, and as allways dunks came through with a cupon offer for a $2 breakfast sandwhich with any drink purchase so that was a steel. i earned 80 points on my app too, now i have a free drink reward for next time! My iced coffee drink didnt come out the same as i got it last time so the manager was so nice and remade it for me in a different way without having to wait in line or pay again which i really appreciated it is christmas time and i know how busy they were and how hard they are working so thank you again, i appreciate you all! This is def my go to dunks!

If there were 10 stars available they deserve 20. The girls here are so friendly, quick, and efficient. They had no more Everything bagels left & I was kind of bummed so they made sure I got extra donuts. It's such a pleasant experience every time I step foot into this location. I look forward to coming in on my morning commutes daily. Thank you Dunkin Donuts staff- You guys rock!

Of all the Dunkin' locations I've been to, this one has the best staff, hands down. I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin' itself, however, the staff here more than make up for the product that corporate makes them sell. They are efficient at getting through long lines, always get orders correct, are pleasant, and my favorite is that when they hand you your order they close with a pleasant "see you tomorrow!".

Best Dunks in the city, hands down. Staff is always friendly, greets regular customers by name with a smile and they make my coffee absolutely perfect every single time.

This is easily the best dunks around. I'm in Manch every Friday for work and look forward to seeing the smiling faces that greet me! The only time that my order was the slightest bit wrong, they apologized profusely and made it immediately.

I love this Dunks! They make great coffees consistently (which is rare) They see me and know the coffee I order and make it right away! Always friendly!

This location has the two best managers I've ever met at a dunkin' donuts in the employees there a wonderful as well they do great jobs making coffees and haven't had a problem or anything to complain about overall satisfied

The DD at 1620 Elm Street, Manchester NH is by far the best one I have ever been. Val and Delores are always amazing!!!!! The staff is fast, accurate and happy. It's a great start to the day!

I come here just about every day in the morning I do a lot of trainings across the street from this Dunkin Donuts and the customer service is always amazing and the place is always clean the bathroom is always stocked and they never mess up my coffee LOL I have a major major Dunkin Donuts fan and I have never been disappointed but this Dunkin Donuts ever not once five stars for me!! (the picture posted was just a random photo that A co-worker had taken of me when the Red Sox won it's just the gas station)

They always make my iced coffee just the way I like it & have a wide variety of donuts, which is VERY important to my kids!

Dunkins is my favorite coffee place! Their new Coconut Carmel coffee flavor is by far the 2nd best! Pumpkin is the 1st!
