DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Wow!! I have to say, this is my first time shopping at a DSW and I'm really impressed with their selection of shoes and of all types, styles and brands!! I specifically came in looking for a black work style lace up boots and ultimately bought a pair of Dr. Martins. However, there were tons of other hiking boots, dress shoes and athletic shoes that all caught my eye and those of my wife and we will both be coming back to shop again. I should note that their prices were reasonable and the help was very friendly too.

I’m extremely happy I came here today, looking to replace my Teva sandals. They had the biggest variety of Teva sandals I’ve seen in any store, I was a kid in a candy store. Colors and size options of each kind. I almost got two pairs I couldn’t choose, ended up getting the verra sandals. The employees were so nice and helpful, when I called ahead of time the went searching for my tevas before I made the choice to get an Uber out. Nordstrom would not help me in that manner. First time shopping at a DSW, and I will be back because of a great experience today.

Very helpful young lady .A vast collection of different styles plus some handbags, hats etc .be back for sure ,for nixe collection and good prices .

We love coming here to get shoes for the whole family. It's worth coming in on a regular basis just to check out their sale section which takes up the entire back wall. My wife is also a rewards member which saves us even more.

Gift shoes were incorrect size. Took them to this store location. Clerk took my gift shoes to hold at checkout counter while I shopped for correct size.
I found the correct size and tried them on. Fit was perfect! Took these to checkout and paperwork was easy and quick.
Left store feeling I was respected and a valuable customer.

Cynthia was sooo nice! The only shoe left was dirty and she wiped it squeaky clean! Plus she had a bomb personality! Thank you Cynthia for being awesome! Everyone one should follow her customer service lead!

I was here to pick up an internet order which was quick and easy. There is a separate area away from the cashiers where you pick up all internet orders. Showed my ID and order email I was in and out and under 5 minutes.

A huge variety of quality shoes you could certainly find what you're looking for here. Displayed neatly in a rose easy to find your size I do enjoy shopping here.

Had an awesome experience with DSW. I called customer service and was told I could return my online order to the DSW store (this was truly awesome)
The online merchandise is different than the merchandise in the store.
The store is very organized and very well stocked.
They offer active, causal, work, dressy and sandals for women.
They carry ladies accessories, jewelry, purses, wraps and leggings.
They also carry men's and kid's shoes. The prices are reasonable, refunds are very easy.
The customer service at DSW is excellent.
They have a public restroom, large parking lot that is shared with other merchants, parking is free.
They accept credit cards, debit cards as well as checks and cash.

Ordered Birkenstock shoes online and was a quick pickup. I will order this way again

I had an exchange I bought on line. They made exchanging my shoes so effortless. The associate at the cash register was so nice and accommodating. This is my first time shopping at DSW and I will definitely come back as they have a nice array of Nike for men and in size 12 and 13 wide.

A lot of options, good prices, recommend.
I like that I can look at everything and experiment the shoes on my own, on my time without any staff coming after to me. I could walk the entire store and choose the shoes I liked.

I love the shoes I got here!! They are so comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend!! And right now if you donate shoes there you get 10 dollars off your purchase.

Found what I needed for under $100 for 2 pairs of shoes. There are many styles to choose from, the staff is very helpful. I ended up liking 3 pairs, but then found 2 in the sales section, one with an additional 20% off, another one 40% off. What a deal for the sales section, which is what I ended up buying.

Went in to find shoes for my upcoming wedding. I didn't see any in store, but a wonderful employee, Barb, informed me I could order any from offline, have them shipped to the store and return them to the store too if they did not work. I ended up ordering two pairs offline. They were shipped to the store in a matter of a couple days. They were both GORGEOUS AND PERFECT! (Lauren Lorraine brand) and I easily returned the one pair to the store that I didn't wear. Great customer service that made my already stressful wedding planning much easier!

So many cute boots, so little time. My teenage daughter found some tall, black leather Steve Madden boots for $110.

They have large variety of shoes, boots, Sandel, purses, socks, & assortment of accessories too! In a huge square footage store, not to mention you can go to their website & order, if you order their minimum $$ amount, shipping is free, & you can get % off purchases, for your birthday, you earn points to go towards your next purchases, you can get texts or thru mail, or emails with discounts, or certain items free if you spend certain amount (usually a $39 to get free gift) just like an example, I spent $29 for a $50 pair of shoes, a container to carry beverages in, spent $10 om that (regular $15) then i received an overnight bag free, a real nice & upperscale type they usually run out of free gifts when they offer them so get there before rhwy run out!
Employees are all GREAT, INFORMATIVE, FRIENDLY, & GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND CALL OF DUTIES! THEY'RE GREAT WITH RETURNS ALSO! They applied refund to my card & told me could take 4-7 days to show up as credit, but showed up right away!
They may be limited on sizes in they're more popular merchandise, but you can always go to their website & place your order that way, ALL AROUND GREAT PLACE TO GO TO FOR SHOES & ACCESSORIES ETC... GIVE THEM A TRY & YOU TOO WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT DSW!

I picked up an order for someone the girl who helped me with super kind and helpful I really appreciated her being attentive and letting me know that we can always call to hold our items for longer just in case we have difficulty getting there on time really appreciated the great service

Great deals, I got my 25% off and my 10 bucks off. Walked out of there with 2 new pairs of shoes. Thanks DSW. Made my visit worth it. Great customer service too! 👍
