Great service. I have some kmc wheels with a tiny opening for lug nuts. They checked clearance to make sure it would all work before paying for the splined lug nuts I was planning on buying.

The service here is just wonderful, the sales person who helped me was very cautious and provided valuable information. She was kind and very knowledgeable. Thanks for always providing terrific service.

Always a good experience. Went in to get my alternator tested. It needed replacing. They got me a remanufactured unit, which was not in great shape. So, we'd ordered another from the warehouse instead of arguing that it's fine (like a certain competitor is known to do) and will "break in" on its own. It was ready for pickup about an hour and a half later. Always a good experience.

Decent location just hard to get in and out cause the entrance is on the main cross road and intersection for stephanie and sunset. Really trafficy area. But good customer service

I've been to this particular O'Reilly's many times. I've always gotten extremely good service and good information. When I ask a question they don't make me feel stupid which is pretty amazing for a car service place. Every time I have asked for advice they have given me sound instructions the enabled me to fix something on my car, saving me thousands of dollars and labor, I'm sure. I also like that they have several women working the counter, and when I asked questions they went out of their way to walk me over to talk with me about products that might help my ailing transmission. Definitely one of the best places to get Auto parts in this area. I gave them my phone number for special offers and I was pleased to see that they did not start sending me a lot of junk mail /dorky phone calls.

Went in looking for this part and they were very friendly and helpful. I went to three different store all of which were not as friendly or carried the part. We really needed it to get back on the road as we have only one car. Clean establishment as well

At this shop the prices are fair and the shop keepers were very knowledgeable. Mitch, she especially was courteous and showed me/taught me a mountainous amount of information about my vehicle. She even got me steered right by learning me a thing or two about power steering fluid(I am very much a novice at trucks/cars/automobile engines)

That's the place to buy auto parts from they are number one a man

I prefer O'Reilly as they are helpful in giving pointers.

Samm is the most knowledgeable and helpful employee! She fixed my car in literally 10 minutes! She deserves a raise!

I stopped here to get a gas cap when mine no longer clicked when turned and was completely worn out. The young man working asked for my make and model and had the cap in stock. I was able to go out, adjust the plastic screw to tether it, and was good to go. My experience is the prices at O'Reilly AP is competitive with other places and they offer a few more services than their competitors. This store is out of the way, but has good hours and service.

We bought our parts today and Salvadore offer to install it for us. Was very nice of him.
He did it in time manner and professional.
I appreciate that o Reilly have Sal as an employee.
We will come back for any service to this location.. we are very pleased with everything

Used to be my go to for all my cars DIY jobs. Only reason I dont use em anymore has to do with me, not them. They always seem ta have what I was looking for in stock or available either later that day or next day. Staff seems knowledgeable and their prices are pretty comparable compared ta the competition or in some cases, just down right cheaper than the other guy! Plus, they price match which is always a bonus. I recommend this company and this store in particular

Austin went above and beyond he came out to car was respectful also had his mask on and gloves ! He helped so much. He came out to troubleshoot what was wrong with our back lights and even changed it for us with no complaints ! If you are ever needing help with your vehicle or have any questions I highly recommend this location . Austin is definitely the man to go to ! 10 out of 10 in service respectfulness and kindness !!!!

Darius saved the day today replacing our battery in the sweltering heat. Otherwise, we'd have been stranded. Thanks!
