The UPS Store

I use this UPS store for copying and printing mostly. Patrick and staff are constantly awesome for me! I’ve had no problems with amazon returns, label prints, drop offs, and occasionally buying shipping from them. I have not used the notary or more complicated services.

There is a large rush from about 4 to 6 and the line can be out the door- very boom-bust. The staff works through the line diligently but folks get impatient. The UPS location on 29th has been busier for me when I’ve gone there instead.

Had an a great experience with Logan at this location. He was nice, respectful of my items to ship, recognized that they were high value and made me feel like my items would arrive safe and in good time. You Rock Logan \,,/

Great service to return a package to Amazon and get a document notarized ($10).

Patrick at this UPS is AWESOME. Friendly, professional, competent, and helpful. In a time when it can be difficult to find good customer service, I truly appreciated his help and kindness. If he’s not management, he should be. Give this guy a raise!

I honestly dont know why this store is rated so low. I'm here 2-3 times a month with various printing, amazon return and shipping jobs and they have always done a great job. They know me by name and I've always had positive interactions with all the employees. I will go out of my way to go here rather than other UPS stores

I have been in twice in the last week or so with some errands from work. Even when it's clearly very busy, the employees have been so kind and friendly! Matt helped me today and made my international shipment easy and fast. I believe it was Eric who helped me previously with getting a document notarized. Thanks guys!! :-)

Been using the ups PO box for over 1.5 Years now. I order many packages. Never lost a single one. Great employees and great service. I stop by about 3-4 times a week on my way to work. Its nice that they sign the packages for me and I dont need to worry about being home to do that. Thank you!!!

I visited this location for the first time today and was extremely happy with the customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I needed to ship some artwork and didn't have the correct supplies at home. The staff boxed everything up very securely for me and i couldn't have been more satisfied. Thank you!

I came to this location several times this week durring the evening and was blown away by the super friendly and courtious staff who helped me both evenings! Customer service has been in serious decline durring the past couple years almost everywhere I go, so it really stands out when you meet a crew who takes as much pride in what they do as the staff does here!

Very helpful and chill considering the ginormous load of packages that had been dropped off that day. Allowed us to print some copies and we also picked up a ream of paper. Guy with the beautiful beard- you’re awesome!

I received great friendly service when I needed a Post Office Box for my business. I use the UPS Store for faxing, mailing, stamps, and other shipping needs and supplies. They even have after hours mail access to PO Boxes.

Staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been in several times in the past month and have had a great experience each time. I really appreciate the great customer service.

These guys always go above and beyond. The gentleman that usually helps me ( and just did) has an incredible attitude and is always a sigh of relief after what is usually a long day ending in errands. Thanks again.

They’re my go to UPS store and even have a courtesy USPS Mail box so I can drop off my regular mail too. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Used this location to send a package of documents second day air. They didn't get delivered until the third day. Called them and expected to hear "you'll need to call Company X." Instead I heard "we will file the claim for you and call you when it's resolved." Three days later I got a call and a refund!

Easy drop off for Amazon returns. The staff is quick. Parking can get crowded, but it’s a convenient location.

Great store for returns, have their own boxes if you don’t have one and print the label for you for free! Thank u guys!
