I don't understand these negative reviews. It's a charming, family-owned place. Really cool inventory. I wanted to grab something quickly, but ended up staying and browsing the aisles. Nice people.

I love Berts!! It’s a shame that the reviews are based off of the horrible manager that left. Mari and Breanna are the best, they help out so much and are incredibly kind. I really recommend coming out and giving berts a second chance!

I almost always stop by this store when I go to the beach. The customer service I get is always good. I think I end up buying a new t-shirt and/or beach towel every time.

We visited both the Berts stores in Emerald Isle and the experience was 180 out.... At this location the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Good selection and good prices.

Classic surf shop. Smells like board wax, suntan lotion, and zinc oxide...I love it. Awesome apparel selection, super friendly and helpful staff. An instant favorite.

Got there right after the store opened. The gentleman working did a good job of balancing the opening duties and assisting me.

I've bought quite a bit of stuff from them, if I had any doubts the staff answered my question and helped me to the correct equipment. Lovely shop.
