I was very surprised that I was in and out. Taylor was very efficient. She was respectful felt like she gave me her honest opinions on all of my questions I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything she did not push me into getting something I didn’t want. I very happy with the service she provided.

Marquis at T-Mobile Expert provided outstanding service when I needed help with my AirPods. His expertise, dedication, and friendly demeanor made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend him for any technical or customer service needs, thanks to Marquis excellent assistance!

This is by far the most helpful, and knowledgeable location in town, minimal wait time, fully staffed, and can’t beat their customer service! I randomly came in one day, because my mom was having issues with her phone and their were several employees willing to help us. Since then I’ve only been to this location, ask for Maria, she is the best, friendly and very helpful! The manager Peter is great as well.

Realy cool there. Best service of any of the t mobile stores near me. One even closer drove extra to go there. Got in about 10 min before close. Got 2 new phones and added a line. Got out a bit after nine. Staff never complained. Were more than happy to help us all the way through. Best

Excellent and quick service, no needless up selling or accessories forced on you, knowledge of the products was clear and concise. Jasmin was an absolute pleasure and got me in and out within 30 minutes.

Gotta say, this place is on point and customer service is great . Went in for a cover and screen protector, RJ placed my screen protector on for me and was super helpful!!

James T is a true professional. I was hesitant about switching from AT&T but the cost for international data since I travel a lot drove me nuts. T-Mobile is ZERO hassle for international data and tethering devices (as it should be across all networks but you know...). I did a little bit of research on customer service for the Henderson area stores and came across all the positive reviews on James T from the Lake Mead Parkway location. He lived up to the hype and helped switch all my family members 4 lines over and took about an hour total for my fiancé and myself. All in all a great experience and would do business with James T again. It's all about customer service and he provided the most professional experience.

Always get excellent service at this location. They are good at answering my questions and finding solutions to any problems that might come up, even if I am just thinking of potential problems that might happen. I travel out of my way to go to this location over the ones closer to home for the service.

I came in to T-Mobile today to get assistance with some new phones I was getting the runaround from Sprint and I have to say Maria was very amazing very nice friendly great customer service skills even for me having an attitude and being upset she still was kind to me and calmed me down and assured me that she could help me and my family and get a phone plan and I am very appreciative of that thank you Maria for being very awesome and so kind you’re a amazing person I appreciate it so once again anybody who reads this Maria is awesome Go to her for Customer service she’s very kind Truly genuine

Everyone at this location is extremely helpful and pleasant. I gladly drive across town to this specific store because they are always able to answer any questions I have, they're always professional, and they consistently go above and beyond with customer service.
