I did a pickup phone order today. They were courteous, quick, and knowledgeable when I called and placed the order. I have always had a good experience at this location and they didn’t disappoint during this time of quarantine. I wear my hair natural and it’s also nice that this store has a manager who uses a lot the natural hair products in the textured hair section. I like this location.

Came in to buy oil for my cuticles and they were super nice they greeted me as soon as I walked in . Store was clean and they were very helpful with what type of oil I was looking for .

Jovanna (sorry if it’s misspelled) has to be the most professional, knowledgeable and respectful employee I’ve encountered. I have dyed my hair a total of 4 times and every time she recommended me various products with procedures to follow that would provide me the BEST results, all 4 times I have had GREAT color exposure. Someone like myself who’s never dyed his hair was skeptical but with the understanding spirit she has, it was easy for me to dye and continue wanting to experiment because of her understanding and helping me challenges my vision. If you visit this Sally’s make sure to say “hello” to her!!! Thank you!

The customer service in this store is amazing!! Both associates (Alexandra and Sandy) offered their assistance without me having to ask, and let’s not forget their personable as well!! I went there two days in a row and Sandy remembered me!
