UPDATED: I am updating my review after I was contacted by the Store Manager, Jeremiah, who helped me out with my issues to full resolve - above and beyond! I initially went into the store being (unknowingly) a bit misinformed from my home builder. I didn't think it would be SO difficult to basically have the name and type of paint used on my walls and walk into the store and get some more. Little did I know! The first associate to help me, Jordan, really did his best with what I know now was not enough information, and actually the wrong information from my builder. I went home with a paint that didn't end up matching, did a lot of work as I was in a hurry for an upcoming event and I got annoyed and thought it was the store's fault, wrote the first review after Sherwin WIlliams sent me a follow up survey from my purchase (that's how the Manager contacted me). Anyway, my home builder still could not get the right information, but during and at the end, Jeremiah and Jordan were both EXTREMELY helpful and thankfully so understanding with my ignorance in this case and me just wanting to get my painting project done before this event at my home. Sherwin Williams Customer Service / Corporate, please note I want to retract that previous review and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the service and follow-through I received. As I said in my review, I was never a SW customer, but the type of service I received made me one. I have purchased paint in three other major hardware/paint stores and never been helped the way I was here. I will be back very soon!

ORIGINAL: I visited because our home builder used SW paint, I have never. Upon visiting, I definitely found that prices were higher than where I usually shop, for paint materials and paint itself. The sales associate was helpful as I needed to match an existing paint in my home and ran out for touch ups, but before I ever mentioned anything about cost or even knew about it, he suggested a lower quality version of the paint. I don't mind that at all, but wanted to be sure it would match more importantly, and he said it would. It didn't. AT ALL. SO now I have lost time and money buying this other paint and have to redo some of my project.

Very professional staff here. I used to buy paint from Home Depot because of the price, but now l use this store because of the knowledge the staff has with paint and supplies, reasonably priced, but as they say, You get what you pay for. If you want your project to look like it's done by a professional, see these guys.

Clean store. Their paint covers alot better than lowes or home depot paint. Assistant manager Issac was very helpful and polite. Went out his way to make sure we found the right color.

Extremely helpful staff, had an answer to all my questions from when I was just grabbing a sample to getting a full 5 gallon for my project. The paint itself is way above the Olympic One paints I've been using. Will definitely be stopping by again to redo the rest of my house.

I had a big order and all the staff were very helpful, especially the manager. (I think his name is Bryce) He answered all my questions and made great recommendations.

Ray educated me on the different sheens and reasonings for using different paintings. Even stayed after the store was closed to make sure I understood everything in detail. He’s amazing!

Currently sherwin William's is closed so it's cold and dark right now. But in the morn she'll be reflecting light off all her gorgeous color and the possibility within. Because when you need "Mastadon Fart Blue" for the soon to be new nursery; nobody circles those wagons like Sherwinn William's...Nobody! so you can visit antiquity for all your painting needs, or you can go to Sherwin William's. They're the pros at the impossible.

#1 best paint period! , The employees were great and even tried to find me a coupon/deal on the paint without me asking! I love this place!
