Orlando was welcoming. He helped with questions and specifications, detailed the plan for me and related costs. Brian found there weren't any in-stock. So he gave me the option to order and wait til Monday as it was Friday afternoon, or pick-up from another location with information on who to contact. Not only did he tell me, he wrote the contact person's name down. Brian spoke to the manager of the other store to ensure I had a smooth easy pick-up experience. I was completely satisfied with my interactions with the rep and the manager at Glendale location.

I went to purchase a new phone after my old phone unexpectedly died. I ran into some problems accessing the account due to not being able to unlock my phone. Patrick helped problem solve how to obtain access, and even walked my not so tech savvy family member through the process step by step over the phone. His patience and professionalism throughout this experience never wavered despite having a handful of customers to work with while I was there. This was the best customer service I’ve ever received while purchasing a new phone!

This place is outstanding! The best Verizon experience ever. Walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome and a team of professionals! Upgraded and did the Black Friday deals that are the best ! Patrick is an incredible problem solver, efficient and gets the job done , Orlando made the process absolutely enjoyable and Brian makes you feel like part of the family! If you want the greatest cellular experience this is the place!!

Going to a Verizon store is often like going to the dentist. Except for this time….Orlando was awesome, knowledgeable and dang patient. If you need something, anything, go this location and ask for Orlando. We were pleasantly surprised and well grateful that it wasn’t painful like we were so sure it would be.

Such a great team! Getting a new phone can be overwhelming but Orlando and Patrick made the process so easy. Really appreciate their patience and knowledge. These guys were so professional and really knew their stuff. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had while getting a new phone. Also got their Black Friday dead with the Apple Watch and iPad and everything was set up perfectly. Haven’t had any issues since we left the store. This is the Verizon store to go to!

The team here was amazing! They were fully staffed and the staff went above and beyond to provide great customer service. They even offered another customer food because he was hungry while waiting. They had everything in stock and were able to fix a previous order I made that wasn’t fulfilled by a different store. Patrick made sure to help me with anything and as quickly as possible. I highly suggest going here for any of your cellular needs!!

This is literally the first google review I've ever written, but I had to acknowledge the customer service experience I had at this store. I worked with Orlando, and this guy gets it. Knew how to listen for what I was looking for and respond to all my questions clearly, helped me set up a business account that took significant time and that I wouldn't even had known about but that helped me save a ton of money, steered me towards additional savings as well, and was incredibly transparent and made me feel taken care of down to every detail, something that I can't say about any other cell phone store experience I've ever had.

I stopped into this location looking to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by Ehrin, who layed out all my options and helped me to figure out what was best for me and what I was looking. I'm always wary about getting a new phone because of the high pressure sales. I can say I'll be a customer of this location for life because Ehrin made the whole process comfortable and pain free!!
