Day 6 Coffee Co.

A cozy hole in the wall local Coffee Shop, what more could you ask for? The building itself has kept good preservation. Upon entry the bookcases and plants are esthetically pleasing to the eye. The music gave the place a modern vibe. I ordered the peach lemonade as it was a bit humid outside and I wanted something to help refresh me. The young ladies behind the counter were great at helping me choose a drink. Prompt service and a decent crowd for a midweek, mid stop. I would most definitely come back again.

I visited this coffee shop for the first time to meet with a client. It's a black-owned establishment, and while the seating inside is a bit cramped, it does the job. They offer free Wi-Fi, which is a plus. The music selection was decent, although I wished it were a bit quieter since some people might be having meetings.

I ordered the Texas latte, decaffeinated, and it was okay. I requested extra whipped cream, and they happily obliged. My client had coffee and tried the brisket tacos, which weren't bad at all. The green sauce they offer turned out to be a store-brand salsa, and I loved it so much that I bought it for home use.

To my surprise, there's a whole back section of the coffee shop that I discovered when I went to the restroom. I didn't know it existed, but that's not anyone's fault. Overall, I would definitely return to this coffee shop. I just wish it were a bit larger, but they make the most of the space they have.

Such a good coffee shop! We were waiting in line for a concert and were hungry and had time to kill so we went for breakfast and the lattes were to die for. The kolaches, cookies, breakfast tacos and vegan kolaches were SO good. Everyone loved it. The vibes inside the coffee shop were great and the employees were wonderful. Will come back soon when I’m in downtown again!!🖤🖤
Update: I've gone back a few times and their lemon poppyseed muffin is literally the best thing I've ever eaten. So good.

Very good atmosphere and my fiancé and I enjoyed our coffee. The coffee we were recommended was a good choice, and we gave this shop a 9 out of 10.

The atmosphere was pleasant and the artwork was a very nice touch. I enjoyed the service; as I walked in and I got close enough the people there said good morning and smiled. They saw me at the table struggling to decide what I wanted and came to hand me a menu. It was hard to decide what I wanted because everything looked so good, and it was. I settled on the brisket and cheese kolache with a lavender latte. Great spot and wonderful decorations!

I ended up here when my old favorite coffee shop was closed down.

I don't regret the change. Friendly service, beverage and food were out quickly. Cute little coffee shop.

If you're gluten free they can do a breakfast taco in a bowl (no flour tortilla) for you, which is nice.

Ordered iced Texas latte and pretty good. More vanilla than expected. Also got this beautiful lemonade. Cute quaint space with nice with sitting for work. Was busy when I came in around 9:30. Would recommend to check out

Stopped in for a take away coffee. Staff are friendly and service was quick. The peach cobbler muffin was great. Dog friendly outside seating as well

This place has the exact vibe a coffee shop should. From the art on the walls, seating, and music selection, they nailed it. I had the vegan kolache and an iced texas latte, which was perfect. The wife had a banana nut muffin and lavender lemonade mimosa. The mimosa was absolutely delightful 😊. If I didn't live in Humble, this would be my daily coffee spot.

Today was my husband and I’s first visit to Day 6. We have been trying to find a nice space for us to vibe and get work done, plus we try to support black business. The atmosphere was great and the service was great as well. I ordered the Lavender Latter which was A1. GET IT, GET IT ! My husband ordered the sausage, egg, and bacon sandwich and really enjoyed it.

They have unique artwork and the aesthetics hit. This is also a great location for influencers looking for content.

I love spending mornings here! There's a great playlist and atmosphere. The coffee and pastries are delicious and fresh. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always have huge smiles. When I'm not quite sure what I want, the baristas suggestions always taste great. There's also art work and plants that make you feel like you're home. It's great!

Great place!!! Music is a little loud, but the customer service was GREAT (I got a compliment on my Hello kitty shirt lol) and they let me play genshin impact there for like 2 hours after I got my coffee and kolache!! (Which were amazing by the way). I definitely recommend!! Great vibes all around :)

First time in Houston and had seen Day6 on IG and wanted to visit! My girlfriends and I had a great experience. The atmosphere, coffee and pastries were delicious! The General Manager and employees were awesome too!

Stopped here with a friend on our way out of the city. Specifically went out of our way because we wanted to visit a black-owned business. The breakfast tacos, brisket kolache, lavender lattes, and iced coffee we got were AMAZING. Staff were extremely quick, friendly, and professional. And they're pet friendly! I saw someone come in with their big doodle and order coffee. And a TMI: the bathrooms even had a great atmosphere. Clean, private, and even had a diffuser going. Will definitely be coming here again next time I visit Houston

Great experience great coffee and even had a mimosa!! Atmosphere is inviting and wholesome. Evelyn greeted us and even made some great recommendations! Definitely get the Texas Latte with Oat milk! You will thank me later!

Great people, great food, great place, great vibes. Can’t say enough great things about this place 😊 just go there and thank me later. 👍😎 and they’re pet friendly! Fun fact: if you go towards the restrooms, you’ll find a nice little additional seating area to the left which has more books and is also pretty cozy 😏

It’s a cute place to stop by for a quick coffee break! The coffee delicious, I think I got the Texas latte or something like that and I really enjoyed it. It is located in downtown so the place is kinda small and limited seating but overall cozy place and the baristas were lovely. Definitely recommend to check it out, good luck with street parking!

I travel to new cities monthly. I’ve been all over the country and I try to discover new coffee shops everywhere I go. I LOVED this spot. Was packed with people working so had a good energy and environment. Coffee was fantastic. The breakfast tacos were just okay, nothing great but the atmosphere was really unique.

Beautiful coffee spot filled with tons of greenery and natural light. For how busy they are on weekend mornings there’s a fair amount of seating with tables, comfy chairs, a bar, and outdoor seating. I got the Texas latte and it was delish. A little pricey, but the size is decent and I’d say it was worth it. Definitely a cool spot to check out if you’re ever in the area. Editing to add that there’s an adorable hidden library in the back on your way to the restroom with extra seating, books, and board games! Restrooms were also extremely clean.

My favorite coffee shop downtown. All of their drinks are so good and their pastries are worth a try. Even when it is busy the service is fast and event working there is super kind. It has such a relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.
