Super helpful when I was looking for a ups store and found a drop off point with them.

In and out. The employees are not very social… I won’t lie… it makes a huge difference! I would much prefer to go to the other parts stores for that reason alone. Not that they don’t help. But they stay behind the counter and just tell you an area. Where others will show you. 🤷‍♀ not everyone would prefer that but we would .

The team here at advance in Chickamauga are the best. They are respectful always good with service..they try everything in their power to get you the answer and parts you need and on time. I would like to let you know why I gave this store 5 star review I went in to the store to have my battery check I needed a new on so I replaced it in 6he mean time my starter went down in my truck and it was cold that day so didn't know what I was going to do so these guy that work in the store said if I would buy the starter they would put it on for me and that's exactly what they did for me what a blessing that was for me so Lady's if

John, was really helpful. I went in for oil and they were sold out of the oil I wanted. He got my info, order the oil and called me later and let me know when it would be there. Thanks John.

Super helpful staff. Couldn't find the part by make and model, so we actually tracked it down by picture! Got everything I needed and am on the road again in a completely up to par vehicle.
