Very efficient drink station polite and friendly service completely different atmosphere than any other McDonald's I've been to.

This is a great McDonald's location. Always fast and accurate service. Food is stored at temps and never have had a problem here.

I enjoyed this experience. I mean how can you not? McDonald's is the same chaotic,fun, gamble as always. I just love McDonald's A+

This is the first time that my food was awful! The burger was salty on one side. The fries were cold dry and hard. I threw the food away! I tried calling but didn't get in touch with anyone. I am sure everyone has a bad day and this
was mine.

Great that they serve fries and all lunch during breakfast but request the fries are not overcooked. Paid $3.39 for a large fry that was too hard to eat.
They were so nice to replace the fry.

I’ve been to McD’s all across the country and this establishment BY FAR is the best I’ve ever been to.

When the app was glitching they totally worked with me to make sure I wasn’t over charged. The staff (I’ve been in the morning and late afternoon/early evening) are seriously the most pleasant and kind people I’ve ever come across in fast food. Everything I’ve ever ordered looks close to the national pictures they advertised—that has NEVER happened before.

Great service, great food, always leave smiling. Can’t ask for more than that!

We visited via drive thru at 9:44am on Saturday 7-2-22. Don't think I've ever left a review for fast food BUT this crew was awesome. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly. Our food was hot. Just a good day for a quick breakfast so thanks guys!!

This is the best McDonald's restaurant I have ever been to. Manager Mason is so friendly and helpful. Despite being very busy, she took time to wait on me and make sure my order was correct (which it was) and that I got a spoon for my delicious milk shake. The attention to detail in filling orders and the fast and professional manner of all employees here makes me want to return again soon. Recommended.👍😀

My husband and I both went through the drive through on separate occasions for breakfast in the morning, the food was good, but the service was excellent. The 2 girls at the drive through windows were courteous, and though they had masks on you could tell they had smiles on their faces. I know that may not seem like a big deal, but even very small details in service like that can mean a lot. Keep up the good work!!

This is the second time I’ve been to this location recently, service and speed were comparable with chick fil a customer service. The workers have been friendly and upbeat, and didn’t seem annoyed with any extra request unlike most McDonald’s I have been to. Thanks for improving this location so much!

Customer service is phenomenal at McDonald's. We visit both LaFayette, and Chickamauga locations fairly frequently. It's good for fast food.

Everyone is so friendly, but you can tell they are all scripted on what to say because they all greet you and say thank you in the same way.. it's nice to hear but kinda fake also..lol

McDonald's is still one of my go to places ever since I was a kid. I'm now 55 year's old and I still enjoy a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder every now and then. Thank you to all the staff who are understaffed and over worked! You all are doing such a wonderful job!

Had a decent buzz going.

Stopped for a bite...I got large fries, a cinnamon roll and a coffee.
My husband got a burger fries and a coffee.
Coffee was hot and tasted fresh and the fries were also hot, crisp and well salted

Great fast friendly service

Much improved from my last experience here. The service was both accurate and fast, while the atmosphere was pleasant.

After numerous trips to utilize the big kiosk, I mean who doesn't love interacting on a huge tv like screen. You can check your order for any typos too. Then you accept and pay or print out a ticket to give at the front lobby & wait for your food. Check your bags for order accuracy too. A must!

We stopped by here after the Christmas parade & all the people working there was so Nice, had games set up for the kids & a coloring contest, it was just so sweet! ♥
