Very knowledgeable about phones and phone plans. Devoted 100% of her time to me. I'm almost 70 and not phone savvy. Made sure I was comfortable with my new phone and purchase before I left. Assured me I can always stop back with any questions or issues.

I had Matt and he was excellent. He walked me through the whole process, provided me with options and was honest about which products I needed and didn't need. He also didn't try to push me into buying a ton of accessories. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend going here

John was fantastic. He was informed about the services, knowledgeable about the product, and I would consider him a Subject Matter Expert on every area I inquired about, and I inquired about multiple options available. John is absolutely deserving of a major raise and promotion. He went above and beyond my needs and despite customers who were waiting, he tended to them as well, and they expressed their appreciation for his skills and knowledge and were happy to wait. As someone who works in recruitment, this man is being underutilized within this company.

The gentleman who helped my wife pick out her new iPhone was extremely helpful and laid out the options and gave suggestions to reduce our bill which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

He also proposed trading in her old phone for credit which worked out great as it covered the cost of a case to protect the new phone,

The update and transfer process took a little while but he helpfully suggested we check out a couple nearby stores while we waited since we didn't have any other mobile device needs and his estimate for when it would be done was spot on.

I spoke with Sharitzy on the phone and she was professional and patient in answering my questions. I went to store to take care of the details and get a new phone. She was polite and got me the very best deal. Sharitzy is an asset to USCellular.
