Very good!! Alicia was very helpful, and professional. She was very busy, but kept smiling while dealing with a particularly difficult client. Think she needs more staff, so she does not get burned out.

Alicia in Perry IA was a great help in getting my husband and I set up on a phone plan that was much overdue for us! She worked efficiently while also dealing with other customers. A trip to the cell store is usually kind of dreaded for us but Alicia made it so pleasant!!
