Great store, great staff! Friendly & helpful, large part inventory, very fast (same day) part delivery from other stores & local warehouses. I've been buying parts here for years and I don't have any complaints. This is a great convenient place to buy tools & parts for your vehicles. Just about everything they sell has a lifetime warranty so you know you're covered if something breaks.

Went in today to buy a new battery and the absolute sweetest young lady helped me. She changed my battery for me, and it presented with quite a few challenges, but she was wicked awesome, knew exactly what she was doing, and stood in the cold air for about 30 mins making sure my new battery was installed properly!

We had a great experience here. We were helped by Adam. He looked up the wiper blades we needed for our car and even showed us how to install them free of charge!

On Nov 4th, I had an opportunity in having a telephone conversation with an associate name "Kat". Kat provided an exceptional level of customer servicing when attempting to make a Battery purchase for some one via on-line and ensured my initial request was handled correctly and answered my concerns since I reside in the Northern California area. Having transparency when providing instructions to someone is not always guranteed. Thankful to know that there are persons out there who not only values customer service but takes ownership in doing the right thing. Highly recommend individuals to visit or contact this location for assistance. I plan on being a reg customer when I relocate to the Georgia area soon.

I commend Win and Kat for helping me resolve a tricky battery issue on my 2019 VW Tiguan. They went out of their way to spend time (the most valuable commodity for most customers) to identify the correct battery and to locate the closest one. They owned the entire process, and made sure I had the correct AGM battery. This eliminated concerns I had about alternator performance and MIL codes.

He installed the battery for while also handling phones that were ringing off the hook and did it all with an amazing attitude. Brian deserves a raise. The staff at O'Reilly's seems to be more helpful than the staff at their competitors stores. I've also noticed that the staff at O'Reilly's tends to be a fair amount younger across the board then the staff at their competitors as well. I wonder if these two things are what makes the difference in their customer service? The people from O'Reilly's aren't afraid to come out to your car and look under your hood give you advice, you know the kind of thing you're looking for. The folks at the other places, not so much. They'll still be helpful as far as handing you parts and looking up parts but not very Hands-On.

These guys always have the parts i need and are very helpful. I just dropped in the other day to dump old oil from my car oil changes. They were helpful and quick!

I came this morning because a battery that I bought about a year ago was giving me problems and the gentleman who attended me was very kind to me and I use the battery guarantee and they gave me the new battery and he was very kind even helped me to upload the battery to my car. I recommend number one this store especially the attention of employees. I can not remember the name of the guy that helped me but i remember that was the manager.

Everyone was very nice. Levi, a manager, was extremely helpful. He assisted me in purchasing a battery for my car and installed it for me. I'll definitely be back for any future auto needs.
