DICK'S Sporting Goods

I went in to look at golf clubs. Decent selection of mid range putters, not much for low end and not much for high end. I was hoping to pick up a Scotty Cameron and something cheap for a road trip.
The store in general was clean and well stocked. Employees were helpful and the overall experience was good. I bought a basketball net for the elementary school and will look for putters elsewhere.

Best store left in rivergate. James in the shoe department tonight was absolutely the very best. I have been searching all day different stores to find cleats for my daughter. He was the first of all the stores to even act like he cared. He went and got I dont know how many pairs of shoes and was so friendly and patient. I will return mainly because of his awesome service. What a gentleman. Great employee I sure hope they hold on to him. The store had the best prices on all the items we needed as well. Whole store was in excellent shape. Clean and organized and maintained. It was great.

Jacob and James helped me with purchasing my son a kayak and were incredibly helpful! They made it easy to find what I needed (or get it ordered). My husband was able to pick up the kayak later in his truck, hassle-free. They did a great job! Everything was organized and all the employees were polite and helpful!

We just had a great experience here! It appeared to be a really well managed store with exceptional customer service. All employees were so upbeat, friendly and helpful. The manager was really visible and seemed to be pitching in with great support for the team. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I bought a kayak tonight and look forward to using it! Great customer service and a big shout out to Bradley and Justice for helping us decide what to get and answering all of our questions. Everyone we saw in the store was friendly and asked us if we needed help. Because of this experience, I will definitely shop here a lot more!

In the end, we made a great purchase. After waiting a while for a customer service person to help us, he made a recommendation we order the item on our own from the web, or call around to the other stores. Luckily on the way out we spoke to a manager who effectively solved our purchase dilemma, gave us a discount on the item and free shipping.

Just had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful and so was the manager. They took the time to find exactly what I needed at a better price than the competitors. Thank you!

The two guys that helped me pick out a kayak were extremely helpful, they were both knowledgeable about the products, and really helped me make up my mind on which one to get. They were more helpful than Academy and Bass Pro Shops.

Gary in the Golf section was great!!! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and costumer service oriented. Any question, comment, or concern I had Gary was there to help.

If there is anyone that needs anything in the golf section, GO SEE GARY!!!

The employees seem to know everything about who was helping me earlier during the day when I came into the store earlier today.
It's kind of spooky when another manager remember's you and you have no clue who they are.
