A nice place to sit and have a coffee. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they sell all sorts of little gifts for home, kitchen, and children. The Gelato is highly recommended. Thank you.

I tried the coconut, hazelnut and mocho Gelati this time around. Quite tasty. You can savor the lush mocha flavor. Tastes like real coffee.

The hazelnut is clustery... needs more cream in the mix to counter the powdery hazel.
Texture lesson: If you've ever put peanut butter in a blender with water to make a dipping sauce, you know what I'm talking about. You need to add more liquid to smooth it out.

Anyway, there is paid, metered parking all around. Pay at the pay station vibe.

It's a touch $$$$ pricy, but I like this place. I'll be back.

The gelato is delicious. A place where you can have dessert first with a cup of tea or coffee. There are also gifts, if you need a housewarming, birthday gift. We bought several JellyCat plushies and sachets. There is limited seating inside and some outside.

Veeeery cozy place. I mean one can see how people enjoy being there. The ambiance is terrific. All day spent there, easy! And why not if that Cortado coffee is excellent 👌🏽 and the tiramisu...oh man, superior. It's a place for gelatos too. Now, keep in mind, one pays for quality, so no complaints here. It was an awesome gelato. All in all, a great place to stop by. I mean, we spent the weekend in town, arriving on Friday. That very night we went for our coffee ☕ (it's our law to have coffee time by sunset), and after that night we went there the next two days too, lol. We just loved the place. I even used the background for our FB profile pic...haha. my only regret is that we always passed by (well, we were on vacation, moving around). I wish I could have hung out there a bit more. Nice place 👍🏽🙂

Fantastic options and plenty of snacks to choose from. Post cards, candles, stuffed animals in the back of the store for sale. The cortado does the trick for me and the Praline Twist has a lovely aroma. Ample seating outdoors that mimics the Italian cafes.

It’s one of those places you stop by and you’re happy because everything is hella good; ice cream pastries coffee plus the atmosphere is bomb!

We got the lavender mocha and masala chai and they both were amazing. Also such a cute place with fun shopping

I stopped into Palermo because they had good reviews and I needed coffee. I chose the Tiger (Its not very sweet, but, with a little bit of spice) and was gladly satisfied with that choice. Palermo has a cool vibe to it; coffee shop/gift store/gelato. It was semi-busy when I went, but, it flowed well. Three or four tables inside and about the same just outside at the entrance. I will definitely return.

Palermo has consistently provided top notch service and great coffee drinks for years. Location is amazing with sidewalk seating and interior seating.

Lucas is absolutely the best barista ever! Ryan, Tyler, Lizzy and the remainder of the crew are always polite and offer great service.

The cafe is also a small boutique store offering seasonal items and cards.

Palermo offers breakfast pastries. They have gelato and chocolates too.

Stop by and try a local favorite.

My boyfriend and I tried their pistachio gelato and chocolate covered strawberry gelato with waffle cones. Pistachio flavor wasn't as creamy but it was definitely nutty. I could see the pistachio bits and taste them. Chocolate covered strawberry flavor was also delicious.

Super friendly service, bought some dark chocolate gelato, coffee, and some of their scrumptious truffles and chocolates 😋! Even purchased a holiday item for next year! Bonus: Dog friendly🐾😊

I ordered the gelato and it taste amazing, the Cafe Mocha is delicious and also the place has a really good variety of Latte's and coffee, the best part was the captivating smell of coffee that you feel right when you enter, incredible!

Customer service could be a little better. Coffee, truffles and pastries are great! I have yet to try the gelato!

First time I visit this coffee and I loved it. Anytime I visit Ventura I will stop by for coffee.
