First time in the Pendleton store in Spokane and what a great shopping experience! There was a wonderful variety of products which made holiday shopping so easy plus there was a crazy good sale so snagged a few extras because how can you not!! Amazing customer service, thanks Chad! Definitely will be back!

Amy was outstanding!!! Knowledgeable of each product and its history. She was a great conversationalist. Pendleton is the brand that is most valued by Native Americans for give away and she provided us with the military discount and a cool Pendleton poster of the blankets.

Employee Amy was busy with a full store and still took the time to deal with a complicated return for me. Even though tech was being difficult, she was gracious and professional with me, and all the waiting customers. I know how stressful retail can be - especially that situation! Highly appreciated.

What a service experience I had. I initially bought an expensive sweater from the Portland airport location and in a haste bought the wrong size.

The only store that had the size I needed was Spokane.

One phone call to the store manager Arlea and a few days later my sweater in the better fit size arrived to my door. Arlea followed up with a card and thank you as a new customer.

I love this place. The staff are local and very knowledgeable. They have a back room with slightly flawed blankets. If you enjoy Pendleton brand this is a great stop. They also have an educational almost museum for you and the kids.

Amazing customer service just the perfect amount of being checked on along with the appropriate space between encounters. Bravo!
