Capital One Café

Very nice concept! Pretty original, at least for me. A pretty decent coffeehouse/bank. I have a credit card to show my "membership" (not really needed though). Coffee and treats are 50% off paying with Capital One debit or credit cards. Definitely worth a drop-by.

I needed cash for a dinner situation quickly on Las Olas and it remembered this Capital One Cafe and I walked to it. I was impressed with the ATMs and it gave 1s, 5s, and 20s! The fee was only a fair $3.00 because I wasn’t a capital one customer. It was very convenient and the cafe looked nice- though, it was closing as I arrived at 7pm. Thanks for the help!

Supervisor Theo really nice server. Great cup of latte. Chill place with nice comfy couches and open spaces and banking advice if needed. Great location to sit down and have a drink for much less than most places on Los Olas. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Capital One Cafe for some time (for both banking and studying) and the atmosphere is great for studying or WFH. They changed their food/drink supplier and it is SO MUCH better! The staff helped my husband and I set up a joint checking account and were so helpful, polite & answered all of our questions. My only complaint is I wish they were open later! Edward, Larissa & Chris are great, along with the whole staff. Love it here!

(haven't tried the food yet, so no ranking) However, great people here working. Also, if you're a Capital One Card holder you get a Beverage discount of 50% ....which is HUGE in this era of expenisive coffees anymore..... only negative, , its COLD, so bring a back-up sweater. lol

This place is Amazing!!! My stomach was upset and they had a ginger spritzer that hit the spot. I immediately started feeling better. Clean, beautiful ambiance.

As a Downtowner, I use FreeBee to popover to Las Olas for a cool ice coffee (try the Fog with whipped ice). This café gives Capital One cardholders 50% off. If you live at Icon or Amaray then you get free coffee drinks with a food purchase. Great service, friendly smiles, great coffee and ATMs.

You do NOT have to be a Capital One member to get coffee here. This is a unique experience for banking that includes a café with Peet’s coffee offering 50% off your drink if you use a Capital One card to pay. I believe that it only applies to coffee and I don’t think that discount extends to food. A random rule here is that you must sit up and that you can’t really be laying down. The people are nice here and the service has always been A1.

A bank and a cafe in one. What a novel idea. Capital One cafe has become a community minded location to have meetings, as well as learn about financial literacy. Their menu consists of croissants and sandwiches, as well as a wonderful selection of coffee, both hot and iced as well as frozen. I love coming here!

Flo is super helpful and understanding and was super patient with me and my fiancé and helped with all of our needs we came in the first time and she helped with our complicated issues and then again the second time she also assisted, great customer service very empathetic and understanding and nice. I would definitely ask for Flo if help needed with anything. Absolutely favorite capital one cafe because of her friendly and great services. 10 stars if I could rate it that way.

I love coffee, loved their Frappuccino and loved even more the fact I payed half price because I’m a capital one member! Great design and atmosphere to have a coffee in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale ☕

This is a great spot to relax and get your bearings after strolling up and down Las Olas Boulevard. The coffee is really good (Peet's Coffee is a very good brand) and they also have non-coffee drinks. There was seating available and wifi. They also have Capital One electronic tellers and live employees that are very helpful and friendly in helping you with banking information. It also helps that drinks are half-price for those paying with a Capital One credit card. Overall, a very comfortable and inviting experience.

Hands down Capital one as an entire whole is hands down the best bank I've ever had an account with. This bank is truly for the people. If you want a respectful bank that I can receive you like a person and not just a number. This is definitely the bank. Love them.

The staff at Capital One Cafe have always been friendly and very helpful. I mostly use this Cafe for my banking needs. One day their ATM was not accepting cash and I was told the next closest location in a Target store was also not accepting cash and for my inconvenience while I searched for a location to continue my banking needs the manager provided me with any size any flavor coffee of my desire on the house. That's the kind of customer service that I expect and they gladly provided it freely and generously.

We were looking for a place to hang out near FLL airport. Happened upon this place which is for anyone to come in and not just for capital one account holders. People were great, lots of seating with places to charge your devices.
