I went in to get a watch adjusted…. I left with a serotonin rush from my talk with Bruce who is an awesome man, wisdom I will never forget, and a watch that fit my wrist big thanks to Aisha, she is a phenomenal woman!

When I left I forgot a few crucial personal items inside, Bruce ran outside to the parking lot to hand me what I had not realized I had left there… this is a vivid example of how much Bruce cares for his clients…. He treated me like family!

Bruce and Bryan Keno are the best. I came into their store looking for an engagement ring and already had an idea of what I was looking for. I showed them what I wanted and they knew exactly what to pull out. They had a tremendous inventory and if you don't see something you like, they will find it for you. For my engagement ring, I wanted it in gold, so they said no problem and got it done for me. This was all happening during COVID-19 and they were beyond helpful as well. Kept in contact with me to let me know the status of my ring being made and never kept me out of the picture. I would highly recommend coming here for any jewelry need! Very professional, great prices and extremely knowledgable in the industry!

Outstanding service. I had a repair on a couple of jewelry pieces of sentimental value left by my mom. It was done so perfectly plus made shiny (jewelry sat my entire life 36 years) which had me nearly tear up after putting it on. They have absolutely stunning selection of watches and other jewelry.

There are many reasons to love your experience in this store. They've been around forever, they know their stuff, and they are friendly. Please do not understate the friendliness. These guys know exactly what they're doing and are willing to help you. When looking for a new timepiece for a gift, these guys were able to help pinpoint exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure, they allowed me to take my time, and in the end they gave me a great deal! A definite stop by when you are in town.

The Keno brothers are simply amazing people. I have been through many jewelers and no one beats these guys. Both Brian and Bruce are amazing at customer service. Before even making a deal or weather they make a deal or not they will have a friendly chat with you like they have known you all your life and that's priceless to me.

I went to Keno jewelry about 2 years ago for the first time and ever since I met Bruce and Brian I only do business with them. Their prices are very fair very reasonable whether it's fixing a piece of jewelry, buying their high end jewelry, or selling gold. I recommend anybody to stop by. They will treat you well.

My parents recently passed away in their 80’s and I inherited 54 years of jewelry, coins and watches to sell as part of their estate. I found Keno Brothers through a good friend who did business with them and referred their services to her clients many times. To be honest, I had heard so many things about jewelry stores not being fair or honest when it comes to selling gold and silver. As a result, I was a bit wary of the process and concerned that I would not get a fair price for the items my parents spent a lifetime accumulating. My experience with Keno Brothers could not have gone any better, and dare I say was actually fun! Both Bruce and Brian spent a full afternoon with me going over all my items and making sure they fairly identified each piece. I had a lot of gold that was not marked and they patiently tested each piece to see if it was 10k, 14k or 18k, etc. They also took the time to go through the silver jewelry and coins to find the items that were sterling silver and could be sold. Once we had everything identified, Bruce and Brian also took the time to explain how much they could offer me for each category of items and answered all my questions. When it comes to selling jewelry, there has to be some trust on both sides and I can only say that it did not take me long to feel comfortable and confident that they could be trusted. I very happy to recommend Keno Brothers and give them 5 stars. You never know, you may even have some fun in the process!

I am not a person who posts reviews very often. However, I feel the need to post about the Keno's. I have had the pleasure of doing business with them on multiple occasions. They are always courteous and fair and take amazing care of us. My wife is in love with everything we have gotten from them. They always offer to clean, size or repair the jewelry if she has any issues. I have bought multiple pieces from them, and I know they are of the best quality and fair pricing. So if you are looking for quality jewelry/ fine watches etc. for a fair price, they ay are the place to go! I highly recommend them!
