It is very refreshing to go inside a business on Las Olas, and be treated so well. Every employee greeted me and made me feel welcome.
I brought my Hammerhead Shark necklace and a bracelet in for repair (The necklace was made for me by a fellow ARMY Veteran, who recently passed, and I have been worried I could lose it). They fixed up perfectly replacing the clasp, and polished it! I looks amazing!

On Las Olas Blvd today strolling along at the Fort Lauderdale Art Festival (3/2/2024) with my partner Elizabeth of 9 years we walked by Robinson Jewelers store, and I said let's go in see if they have any wedding bands I might like. Elizabeth has her set of rings already. Randy greeted us in the store, he showed me a few rings, then Andy the store owner came by, and I asked him, what kind of ring do you wear? He said that's his wedding band (same ring manufacturer and style of ring as mine except his ring has diamonds in the center all around). I asked Andy to show me one without diamonds and I really liked this one! Fit perfectly, no sizing was needed, I wanted to walk out with a ring on my finger today and this was the perfect match! 18K solid white gold, beautiful ring! Elizabeth said to me...this one is stunning! While Andy was helping us, his wife Tracy was busy preparing warm snacks for customers in the store and brought us some fantastic tasting coffee as well. Their outstanding customer service oriented warm hospitality and consultative sales approach and spending at least an hour with us, to be sure I was 100% satisfied, earned them our business. Thank you to all of you; Tracy, Andy and Randy for the wonderful experience in your store today 3/1/2024! We will be back soon...w/Casamigos! :)

I am so happy that I found Robinsons Jewelers when I moved to Ft Lauderdale. The owner, Tracy, went above and beyond to help me customize the wedding bands for my engagement ring and made sure they came out exactly the way I had envisioned. Every person there gives extra time and attention to make you feel welcomed and help you choose what you want. We did not have a big budget for our rings and they even helped my fiancé purchase a wedding band they did not normally have in stock to sell. They are just really great people, with good hearts. We can’t thank you enough and will be recommending you as much as we can. You will for sure see us again for anything else we buy in the future!

I brought my watch in to have a replacement strap put on. I chose this store based on Google reviews and because I live in Las Olas - first time customer. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Store was immaculate and customer service by Andy (owner) was top-notch. Elegant decor, comfy waiting area and staff that dresses very sharp, which I’d expect from a luxury Las Olas jewelry shop! Based on my 5-minute interaction alone, this will be my “go to” jewelry store for any future jewelry/watch needs I have. Highly recommend!

I walked in yesterday afternoon to sell some gold pieces that I had, I had previously heard of Robinson’s through my brother in law, who spoke very highly of Andrew. I was greeted immediately by Andrew who was kind and let me into his office after telling him what I needed. Upon inspecting the pieces thoroughly, he let me know the worth of the pieces and the best
price that he could offer for the purchase of them. I was truly satisfied with the value that he gave them. This was only after going to several other shops asking around their offers. I can’t reiterate enough just how nice the customer service was, I walked out a few minutes later completely satisfied with the exchange and I can definitely recommend Robinson’s to anyone. The location is amazing and the store is aesthetically magnificent.

Although I’m not the type to make a review about an experience, Robinson’s Jewelers deserves the recognition for the service that they provided me with. I was welcomed with all smiles and open arms and overall I was steered in the right direction. They were honest, friendly, and I even got some insight from the owner himself. He went above and beyond to make business with me although he didn’t have to and that speaks volumes. I had lots of questions and they had all of the answered. If not only a GREAT deal is what you’re looking for but also guidance, good vibes, and individuals who aren’t pushy, then this is the jewelry store to go to! Definitely recommend. Can’t thank everyone at the store enough! My soon to be wife’s engagement ring looks absolutely AMAZING!

Jewelry shopping was giving me nightmares. How do you know where to go? Are you gonna get ripped off? Are you going to be pressured into making a big decision that you’ll eventually regret? Not here. All class all the way. Our consultant, Lisa, was phenomenal. Easy to talk to, an expert in her field, and transparent. The owner was also the man. These people have a 5 star rating with over 400 reviews on Google for a reason. They don’t gouge you for being in Las Olas either. Couldn’t be happier with the experience shopping for wedding bands. 10/10

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Robinson’s Jewelers. I brought an old well-worn bracelet with great sentimental value to me into the store for repair, and what I got back was a brand new-appearing beautiful bracelet that was fixed to perfection. We worked with Leslie who made us feel very comfortable, while at the same time providing credible feedback on our questions. She is very knowledgeable and kind - we really liked talking with her. We built my engagement ring and my wedding band with Robinson's. For each, they provided us with good, better, and best options which I really appreciated and they were also very competitive with pricing. I was referred to Andrew at Robinson's Jewelers by a friend. I had some Vintage jewelry pieces that I accumulated 30 yrs ago. I called and Anna said Andrew was there and I went right over. The store is in a great location on Las Olas. I conveniently parked in the lot right behind the building. Andrew and Anna were very nice and welcoming. Andrew went through what I brought in and let me know which pieces he was interested in purchasing. He is very personable and I felt very comfortable. Ultimately I left with a check and glad to see those pieces get a new home. I would recommend Andrew @ Robinson's Jewelers to buy your jewelry. They also have a very nice selection if you are looking for a gift.
