This place is brand new. Food comes out quick and correct.
The store is clean and well- staffed. They need to make sure that loitering is minimized as the local kids think the dining room is a playground.

Still waiting for this new location to be added to Arby’s app and/or website for online orders and loyalty deals. How are we coming on that?

You guys try calling them ever?

They keep forgetting fries for some reason especially and they're just really not paying attention to people's orders or handling it with as much care as other places. Squished sandwiches and missing items and stingy with meat on sandwiches. People seem to be friendly there though.

Sandwich was blah. Fries were ok.

Service was friendly quick and accurate. Food was not good. Rolls were stale and inedible. the curly fries were warm at best. This place definitely needs quality control assistance

This establishment is brand new, but it needs some help. The girl taking my order either did not understand me through the speaker or just didn't know your menu. I asked for a sesame bun for my sandwhich and was told they only have crinkle or curly fries? My food was not fresh. The cheese in my mozzarella sticks was solid and not fresh or hot.

I know they’re new, but still. Only two cars ahead of me last night (Saturday) and I was in line 10 minutes. When I finally got my order the bread was stale. So much that the top of the roll split at the sections and made it very difficult to eat. I hope they get it together.

My food was terrible. Fries were ice cold they were like chewing on rubber ,the roast beef was cold as well. For a new place you would think everyone would be on their game with the food .

I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich at Phillipsburg Arby's. But then, like a plot twist in a B-grade horror movie, my intestines decided to stage a rebellion. Within minutes, my insides churned, and I sprinted to the restroom. There, I achieved warp speed, leaving streaks on the bowl that Picasso would envy. If you seek adventure, camaraderie with porcelain, and a chance to redefine your life choices, visit Arby’s. Just remember to pack extra toilet paper. Bon appétit!
