Grange Co-op

We love the grange. Everyone there is very helpful and pleasant but I want to give a huge shout out to Darius there at the Klamath Falls Oregon Store. Talk about going above and beyond for us! We live an hour and a half away and like to order ahead to make sure what we need is in stock. The system for some reason kept declining our card I contacted my bank and they said it had approved 6 times but nothing was pulled. I then called The Grange and got Darius, he was fantastic he got all the information I gave him and told me he would call me right back, and he did in maybe 5 minutes! All was good and nothing had been pulled just a computer glitch. He then took my order and processed my payment right there in the store. Once I got there he was the gentleman there at customer service. Just an all around great experience. In todays world of horrible customer service, Darius was a breath of fresh air! Thanks for the great service!

Came in to get last minute clothes for a Christmas party and was assisted quickly and effectively! Found everything I was looking for and will give Grange Coop a try before Coastal again next time 😊🙏

Employees are awesome good selection maybe a little expensive but you can't win them all

Was disappointed they were out of millet. But i love this store.

They have a large selection of clothing, shoes & jewelry. Nice things. I did however buy four chicks and three died. They gave us a replacement for one of them but it also died. The one still alive is significantly smaller than other chicks we have of the same age that we purchased somewhere else because we didn’t want to keep buying chicks from this place when they kept dying. All of them seemed like they weren’t growing normally. They stayed really tiny & after a few days would just stand there in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the others doing nothing but standing in place & that’s a sure sign of imminent death.

Grange has THE BEST selection of healthy varieties of house plants! Always something new and the staff is fairly educated on their products. My son enjoys going in and holding the chickens and reptiles. Specifically familiar with the Klamath Falls location.

This store is a bright light in a dark desert. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I really like the garden center where they have the healthiest plants in full bloom. Everything you need for the garden as well. My favorite store in the area.

First, I simply have to say, I really like this store. From rabbits to cattle feed, they seem to have it all. If you don't see something, ask, they have a lot more in back. They have the best selection of loose hardware in town, next would be Diamond. Their western clothing section is excellent, as is their garden and garden tool selection. They have a terrific selection of dog and cat food, the best in town, at better prices than anywhere else.
If you you're a Coastal fan, I truly am sorry. Try Grange Co-op, their employees are so much nicer and their prices so much lower. Unlike Coastal, these people want to help you. Klamath Falls is lucky to have this store.
Located on the west side of Washburn, right along car lot row, next to the Dodge dealership.

Their prices are reasonable. The people they have that work there are great. I had to return some stuff, our fault. They looked up the sale printed a receipt, made the substitutions. Did it all while being very polite and understanding. I was very pleased.

Had a great time at the after hours Members only sale! They brought chairs out & hot coffee while we waited for the doors to open. Once we got inside, there was a wildlife conservation group with various critters & a raffle to be held later.
We got $525. Worth of merchandise for only $400. (360 North Idaho Energy Logs)
One of the managers even helped load my Jeep with some misc. items.

Manny and Sally have worked with me one on one for nearly a year to make sure I get the right supplements for my goats. AMAZING customer service. Wonderful! Fabulous! Fantastic! Great! The BEST! Will be back for sure. My goats heart the Grange (and so do I)! :)

My family and I go in the Grange at least once a week. We always need something for our little farm! Amanda is always super helpful. She always listens to our shenanigans (because we always have one happening) and gets us on the right track to finding what we need. I couldn’t be more grateful for someone as helpful as her. Especially during the crazy times!

Where to begin... Great value, good selection, great service. We had been to another farm supply store earlier in the day and found almost every item we price at a lower price here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice people. We will most definitely be back.

I love being greeted upon entry, and it's great that it isn't hard to find someone if you have a question. They have feed for all your animals, as well as any equipment you might need. Their supply of medicines are awesome too. I tend to get so entranced with their selection that I loss track of time. Need a weed eater, they have it. Need a chain saw, yup, they have them. Need bird seed, hay, grain, this is the place.

We absolutely love grange. All of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

Top notch people and products! We've had some stick problems, the folks at Grange have always had solutions and helpful tips as most of them have animals themselves. The veterans discount is legit too! Love the Grange Co-Op

Great place to shop, especially for off grid folks! Great prople there! They have clothes, shoes, a garden shop. Check it out! We go there for our chickens food and treats! They have things for every animal!

Excellent customer service. They have a lot of farm, garden and ranch supplies. The animals are in good condition and are clean. Staff are knowledgeable about their products.

I go to grange probably about every three days or so. I rarely ever have a problem with anything I get from them but if I do they will absolutely fix it however they can. The Grange staff are wonderful and so nice and professional.
