McDonald's

This McDonald's that's in Ripley, WV is one of the best McDonald's around in the area. It's situated next to Interstate I77, and I've seen very large crowds at this restaurant on many occasions. The team members never missed a beat. So this falls back on the Shift Leaders and Assistant Manager and then to the Manager of the restaurant. The team members were trained 100% perfect by these individuals. The service is out of this world here in.Ripley at this McDonald's. As for the food, it only gets better.......My food, no matter what I order, is always superb.
This McDonald's gets a 10/10 from me.

These folks are very consistent on getting an order right the first time.

Best breakfast I've had at a McDonald's in years. Unlike the other McDonald's in this county, the food was excellent. Staff was friendly and professional. No complaints about Ravenswood McDonald's!

The Service here is great.
Management is always training, always working to help the kids there become better.

I watched one take a kid to the side and just sit and talk with them about things in their personal life. They were quite but you could tell something was bothering the kid.

A hug, pat on the back, and you could see a transformation in just about 10 minutes.

A Rare find in this day and age of fast fast fast.

I would allow my children to work here for their first job.

I live in Ohio and we travel alot so we frequent this mcdonalds in between OH and WV. I can honestly say I had the best food I've ever had at a mcdonalds today. Store was clean everyone working was nice.

The people was very nice. Drive thru was quick. The food was typical McDonald.

I messed up my daughter's friends order 3 or more times at the register l, the cashier did not once get frustrated with me or annoyed (I was annoyed with myself lol). Food was fast and very good! Working fast food isn't at all, so the workers tonight deserve an award! Thank you all for being awesome. Also, the manager Robin is one of the best over seen in this place her communication with her staff and the fact that she works just as hard or harder then any of them makes for a great store. On a basic scale it's pretty inexpensive and the food is usually pretty good for a fast food restaurant. It does have the added benefit of having the drive through window for convenience for on-the-go travelers and local travelling business people in need of a quick bite.

It was ok it could of been better

Fast friendly service, and my order was correct. Breakfast biscuits was well put together too!

Had a great expierence. Didnt have to wait long for my food at all. And the sweet little girl in the backwindow that evening was by far the most polite and fast Mcdonalds employee ive came across. I dont know her name cause she didnt have a name tag but that little girl deserves a raise!

Always hot, usually fresh food. Pretty much what you'd expect from a small town McDonald's. Quick drive thru service. Also your best bet for free Wi-Fi if you don't have a Ravenswood library card.

McDonalds is McDonalds - right?

I sat in this McDonalds and watched as the management team served their customers. This is a unique location.

Management comes and sits with the regulars - and others.
They ask questions and communicate - they get to know their clients.

I am amazed at how they actually care. It is not just friendly banter but meaningful interaction that builds relationships that will last longer than a customer to a vendor

They have great Carmel frappes we ordered extra Carmel and whipped cream they definitely delivered

Food was fresh and hot. They prepared a special order for me without making me feel like an inconvenience. Ty.

I stopped by only for the free WiFi. I didn't order anything just sat in the parking lot and used their WiFi. It worked, was offered (sooo many places don't offer working wifi), and everything was good.

It is truly fast food you don't have to wait in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes to get your food and it's hot and it's good
