Whitney was so helpful today! She did a great job helping me set up my new plan. I had a great experience.

Timothy's was pleasant, helpful and congenial when I needed phone service. The only place I go when dealing with Verizon. It's always a good experience and will continue to use this location for all my needs.

Tyler was amazing. He got me exactly.what I needed. Also was able to see him interact with other customers and the experience was very warm and inviting. Would totally recommend this location to anyone.

Ray helped us navigate the many choices we needed to make to upgrade our phones. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable as he explained everything and answered our questions. We were very happy with his service!

Straight forward discussion of options to begin. We warned to upgrade my phone and then shift my spouse from her older phone to the one I’d previously been using. They did that carefully. (The Verizon store would not do that. What are they there for?) While we were in store we witnessed several people come in with problems and saw good responses. Also they were available for a gentleman paying his Verizon bill with cash. I recommend this store.

Tyler and Markis did an amazing job. I love going to this location. They are always so helpful.

Brad was most helpful for me today. He was able to fix my problem and showed me how to use my new phone. He also signed me up for the identity protection plan. He was so very helpful. I will definitely come back.

Kailea was very helpful without being pushy. I appreciated that she gave me her email address so I could communicate with her, and she responded promptly, even on her days off. She made feel comfortable, not only for the purchase, but also making sure I could contact her with any questions in the future.

My mother and I went in this past Thursday and had a very pleasant enjoyable experience with Brad. He is extremely helpfull with a fun sense of humor. Brad is an asset and clearly knows his customers well. It was very evident as everyone that came in while we were there asked for him personally by name.

I am so pleased with my recent experience at Verizon. I was a victim of the cell phone industry rhetoric in the past. I was also very reluctant to make the switch to Verizon based on those previous experiences! Brad was absolutely wonderful. He gave us reassurance, I trusted him and he delivered on his promises. He held our hands through the entire process. It has been several months now, I am pleased with my service and give him a thumbs up for his guidance and follow through. I am almost speechless after receiving a phone call checking in on how we were doing. My husband and I both agreed that is almost unheard of.

The cute tattooed guy Mikey helped my mom set up her new phone & he is always super kind and straight forward when he’s selling you a phone. He set it up, teach her how to use it, and even applied her accessories. I highly recommend Mikey!

Many recent visits to replace almost every phone on my Verizon account. The whole family got new phones. My original intent was to purchase just one but my experience was so positive and Max and Mikey were so informative that not only did they find incentives I had on my account I didn’t know about, they helped me decide what would be the best fit for each of my family members on my line including my aging parents, and found me savings I was unaware of. I can’t say enough positive about them and was recommended by a work associate who had a similar experience over multiple purchases also.

I was looking to upgrade to a note9. Minhas Khan was extremely helpful. He did everything needed to set up my new phone. Showed me some great tips. He reviewed my plan and made changes that saved me some money too. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered all of them. He even called me a couple of days later to see if everything was ok.

Mikey helped my girlfriend get a new phone and set it up to match her old one. Friendly customer service. I could tell he was smiling the whole time even under his mask. Go see Mikey in Corning he’s awesome

Kaylee was terrific. It was my daughter’s first phone and I lack in technical expertise. She helped my daughter set up the phone and went above and beyond during these difficult times. I’m coming back to that store to see Kaylee when I need a new phone.

After dropping my old phone too many times, it was time to get a new one. As a senior citizen, I was super pleased with Kaylee's patience and knowledge! Maybe she spells her name Caylee so please thank her for me!

Absolutely loved my experience there. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was SO helpful, honest, and got us the best deals. Recommend going to this location before any other.

Stopped in on black Friday to replace my phone with a broken screen. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, not like at the consumer Square store!! Will be going back to this store if/when I need anything else cell phone related.
