The hospitality of the staff and their knowledge made the car trip of a little over 50 miles through some of the most beautiful countryside in Ct. worth everything we were hoping for. I had about 5 items and left with with none. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I visited the Washington Depot location for my first experience with CT Gold & Silver. Staff was welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. I brought in a few pieces of gold jewelry and felt confident with my sale. I’d be happy to recommend this location to anyone.

These folks offer a unique experience for selling your gold and silver coins or jewelry. I felt they were looking out for my best interest, which is not some thing I have experienced at other businesses like this.
They offered a fair market price and we’re honest if they thought I could get a better deal somewhere else.

From the moment I entered I was very comfortable with the staff. They answered all my questions and were quick and efficient in the handling of my coins. I brought a lot and no one complained about the volume and processed the coins quickly, I thought it would take longer to go through everything. But they were so knowledgeable it only took three hours. If I have more coins to sell I would absolutely return. Highly recommend.

I went in to see how much I could get for some jewelry I had over the years, along with my engagement and wedding ring mounted together and coins. I went to them, because of the reviews I read from others. And the ladies were very kind and polite, and I got more for my jewelry (gold and silver) and a few silver coins, than I expected. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. They were Awesome!

My experience In Dealing with all the personnel at this location was an enjoyable experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have jewelry appraised and or sold.

Both visits were exceedingly satisfactory. Quick, professional, and you walk out with a check. Angela was a pleasure to deal with and offered me an email address so I could submit items in advance, or in lieu, of a physical trip (it’s an hour away for me).
