Absolutely amazing Prime Rib served on Saturdays! My family and I have been coming here for over three decades and the food, atmosphere and friendly faces keeps us coming back. The desert menu especially the rice pudding is amazing! Glad to see the next generation running the resteraunt with the same spirit and keeping everything just as amazing as it's always been!

Love this place so much! Has a great mom and pops vibe, amazing service and even better food! I’ve been coming here for a long time and the atmosphere has changed recently and it feels more updated but still has that classic feel it always had. Would really recommend checking this place out!

Had an early dinner, the specials looks so good. I asked the chef to pick one for me. He sent me out one of the chicken dishes, pipping hot and so tasty. It came with a side salad that had some wonderful house dressing on it. I was already stuffed when they suggested dessert. Again there was such a wide variety of tasty treats, I ask them to surprise me. They gave me a slice of chocolate mousse cake with fluffy whip cream and fresh berries. I wasn’t already hooked on the food. I probably would come just because of the wonderful atmosphere and awesome service.

Moved to Woodbury during the pandemic and this is the first time venturing out to eat since being fully vaccinated. Very good food (I had the chicken piccata, my spouse had the chicken franchise specials). Welcoming. Friendly service. Good sized portions (not Cheesecake Factory monster portions). Highly recommend and we’ll be sure to return!

I have been eating in this restaurant for about 35 years since first introduced to it by my parents in 1988. My wife and I eat there regularly enough to be on a first name basis with the owner and staff. Over the years, the food is always consistent and well prepared. Never had a bad meal. The atmosphere is great and while we are sorry to see some favorite waitresses move on, we will miss them but get to know the new ones. I look forward to a good meal and a drink at reasonable prices.

This place is awesome. Its so cozy, full precautions, such a lovely crew with a very clean place. The chicken franchise was so great with perfectly cooked squash. I got a greek lemon rice soup I never had which was also fabulous. I brought home the moussaka. A favorite dish when someone has one. This is the photo. 😶 say no more. It has to be amazing. Cant wait for tomorrow.
I love i can go to the dog park and pick up from here to make the drive even more exciting of a trip. Ill be coming back for sure.

Old family and community gathering place with great dinners, huge portions, old fashioned neighborliness and a legendary Saturday prime rib special worth a special trip.

Had dinner there with my family tonight for the first time. Delicious food and excellent service. I had the moussaka, my husband had the chicken piccata, older kid had a steak, younger one had the fried seafood combo. We also devoured the grape leaves. Couldn't finish it all so we'll be enjoying it again tomorrow :) We will DEFINITELY be back soon.

First off absolutely the best owner ever. 👍👍👍The food is always consistent with flavor and quantity. It’s incredibly good quality as well.
The staff is also like a family. Very welcoming, and always willing to make suggestions and be accommodating.
Ask for Nancy if you call in your order , just say that Dave sent you. 🙂 You’ll also find a familiar face from Woodbury. Tj from the Curtiss house is here with her impeccable service. Btw she also makes the most incredible Cherry crisp for dessert. Definitely worth asking for and should be a menu item.
It’s a real pleasure to see that a local restaurant is still going after decades of service.
So take time off and stop in or order a meal to go, you’ll be happy you did.

Our favorite restaurant since we moved to Southbury 10 years ago. Outstanding service, excellent food and love the atmosphere. Nancy is the best waitress ever! We often order dinners for takeout as well - never disappointed!

The food is great and priced reasonably. Prime rib melts in your mouth. Service can be slow at times but the servers are so kind and apologetic that you can't be mad.

This place will never let you down. Me and my family have been going here since the early 80s and they have ALWAYS been consistent and delicious. Best restaurant in the area, and the nicest people - period.

First time eating at this restaurant. Came with a friend for brunch on Sunday. It's a small restaurant that is always busy. The food is Greek influenced, lamb chops are a delight! We ate their signature omelet that morning, it was delicious just the right portion size! Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful a nice change from loud and noisy diners. I will definitely come back. You will enjoy it!

We are both GF eaters. They accommodated us very well. Great service and sense of belonging. Very welcoming.

Oct 1st. 2022 Saturday Eve. Thank you Constantine's for an evening that became a precious memory. My family asked me where would I like to dine for my birthday, immediately I said Constantine's. The food , our waitress, atmosphere, was excellently enjoyed by all. Pricing very reasonable and portions are very satisfying. Thank you again for a lovely evening I will always remember. ❤

The waitress (Nancy) is a very nice person. She gives us very good advice about the food. My boyfriend had the most moist pork chops. Food is served pipping hot. Good service.

Excellent staff, food is second to none. Hands down the best prime rib on Saturday night. Try the souvlaki, or anything else on the menu. It is all made fresh. Has been my favorite for decades. Specials are usually fantastic, worth a try.
