Miss Stephanie was exceptionally nice. She help me with everything that I needed and she was always supportive. Even when my card was locked she waited patiently until my card was unlocked. Continue the other customers and waiting on me. I really really appreciate her.

Great UPS store! They are always busy and they are very friendly. I go by there a few times a week for my business. Emma (the petite blond) goes out of her way to help us lift and carry our boxes. Very nice girl. All of the staff is great! Abby as well. Thank you!

I came here to send an important fax the line was busy and the sale ladies here kept sending my fax until it was sent to where it needed to go I was extremely grateful I needed the papers to go ASAP and I felt they cared little road location

I had an Amazon return that I should have had boxed up because of the size but did not think about it. Abby was so kind and still took the return without a box. I had a big, heavy return. The box had been damaged during shipping and was torn. Not only did they tape it properly, but not one complaint about the weight. Did it with a smile, I think her name was Sue. I always use this location to return, and this is why. Thanks to all the staff here, great service.

Place is so busy you will wait a bit. However, they are great folks who go above and beyond to help out people in need of extra help. Nice place to do business.

Every single interaction I've had with this stores customer service has been excellent! They are also very friendly in person and over the phone. I just called today for advice because I'm not able to physically come to this location and Stephanie resolved my issue in less than one minute! And she was super sweet! She empathized with my situation. Keep up the good work UPS and Stephanie!!

I had a Amazon return the other day- I had a screenshot of the barcode not the actual barcode, Pattie took the time to help me get the internet on my phone so I could download the right stuff to get it sent correctly- even though the line was long and the patience was not, she was amazing, helpful and kind. I mostly go here to do Amazon returns and they are always helpful , friendly, willing to answer questions and help with returns I’m not sure about. I’ll go in there with five or six returns at a time and have always been treated great. Hours are reasonable and they are open 7 days a week which is a life saver

This location is awesome. They are fast, efficient and friendly. Also, extra kudos to the woman who does the notary here. She is great. I will always use this location for my needs.

Every time we go into this store the staff is extremely friendly and the service is great.

Today we had pictures that needed to be scanned as part of a wake for my dad which begins tomorrow. The staff went above and beyond to help get this done. They took the time to make sure the resolution was correct and also helped verify the scans were exactly what we wanted.

We had initially taken them to Office Depot but the staff there seemed to be indifferent to our situation and the manager there was not helpful.

Many thanks to the team there for making a difficult time a little easier.

Every time I have been in there they have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service . Even going so far as to contact a hotel that my wife left her purse in and convincing them to drive the purse to a u.p.s. store in South Carolina. Not one bad thing to say about the place. She always gives me several options for prices. I can't believe anyone ever had a negative experience at this place. I have not been paid to say this nor will I gain anything for it. I love this place.

Always in and out. I email my labels prior to arriving, so when I walk in, I'm all jazzy.
