I previously had a very frustrating and negative experience trying to fix an issue with my iPhone ProMax via phone support and then going to the West Ashley location.

I decided one early morning to try the location at Tanger Outlet and am glad my wife and I did. Dennis Meyers, a former GM for Verizon; was very pleasant, helpful and patient. He systematically transferred my line to my wife's family plan, upgraded the phone and put in a lot of time getting the cellular for the new watch, phone and iPad setup when I was unsuccessful doing so myself.

Verizon with all their security protocols has made it very difficult for the typical consumer to do on their own - I recommend paying for the setup fee to get it done.

He went way out of his way to accommodate me, including allowing me to arrive before store hours and leaving his shift a little late to button up issues (many thanks for that). Again, I am so grateful he was available to resolve all the issues I had with the service and make sure I was happy!

Five stars for the guy!

We got there early enough to be first and the gentleman immediately started working on my wife's tablet , installing a 5G card on a tablet that was not able to connect in some areas of the low country . He was reassuring , fast and courteous, the whole time knowing what he was doing was free , because we had prior technical assistance from Verizon online that sent a message we were coming in and the 5G chip was going to be free . This is the only Verizon unit my wife and I will use in the Charleston area and there are two in our town 30 miles away . Highly recommend using them all the time to our family and friends . Good service is not dead yet in the cellular networks locally , it's here in the Tanger location of Verizon .

Nina was such a great help! We had four phones to exchange and changeover. She never lost patience while my 4 yr old was running around the store 🤦🏽‍♀. Nina was patient and informative. We had so many questions; but she never acted as if it were a bother. We appreciate her so much!

I am inept when it comes to technology and had a more difficult issue to deal with when I arrived. Joe grabbed the bull by the horns and solved it with ease and exceptional customer service. I appreciate the help

The awesome folks in the store actually LISTEN and are HELPFUL! Let me start by saying I own a rural small business and spend a decent amount of coin with Verizon. I hate having to deal with a representative over the phone, I’d rather come to a brick and mortar, and have them handle what I need taken care of. Earlier that day we went to a Verizon store on Rivers Ave that basically brushed me off telling me that they were for sales and to call a number. Not wanting to give up I decided to try a different store, we stopped in to this Verizon Cellular Sales. Here I was greeted with a smile, even offered water by my sales rep Nick. We sat down and he immediately got to work on handling all three of my problems. The level of professionalism here at this store is worth the drive. 🙌🏻

If I could give 10 stars, I immediately would. I scheduled an appointment with Antonina as soon as verizon announced the Iphone 15 was in local stores. I wanted to upgrade my phone, but had no idea where to even start. Nina was incredibly helpful and understanding. I walked out with a brand new iPhone!

Nina was awesome! She answered all of my questions, was very friendly and helped the time I waited go by super quick

Wonderful customer service from "Antonina" (hope Im spelling her name right) Im not too familar with phones and internet. So I was glad she took the time to explain my options and help me pick what worked best for me. Will be back should I need any extra assistance

Samantha at Center Pointe Verizon provided my wife Anneliese and I with such great service to the point we could not believe it. 🤯
We were not ready to switch plan and phones at this time but with the outstanding great customer support and assistance she provided. Her attention to detail and explanation of everything and coaching us with the process made it so simple and easy that we just had to make the move.
We gave been Verizon customers for over 17 years and this was the greatest support we’ve ever encountered anywhere. Samantha please keep up the great work. 🙏

I just want to start by saying Derrick Boston has the patience of a saint! He was amazing with helping me! His customer service is impeccable! He deserves a raise! Only if everyone was so kind and friendly and helpful! He made my experience one that will always have me coming back to Verizon!

My device had a situation, needed an expert. Also received some very smart advice. Expert was very humerous. The young man was very polite.

Malik was very friendly and helpful with helping my wife and I get her into a new phone to replace her old device. The woman that was there, (unfortunately did not catch her name) who I assume was the store manager, was also very helpful! Overall fantastic experience, will definitely go there again, and recommend to others!

I just want to say “Thanks, so much to Ricky and Nick. At Verizon Cellular Sales at Tanger Outlets/4958 Centre Point Drive. I tried switching carriers, for a cheaper price. And it did not work, my call’s kept dropping. And everyone knows, that I need a phone. Due to Chris (I have a disabled sister). This started happening on May 27th, I called and had my phone service switched back. But I was unable to place or receive calls. Or the calls would drop and I was on a call with Chris Dr. So, today I went into Xfinity’s store. But the rep couldn’t help me, he tried. Then I went to Verizon and my phone was fixed. Again, thanks Ricky and Nick. I will never leave Verizon again.
